Amazing Spa

Nice salon, clean, and I had a very good male therapist for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. Prices are very reasonable. The private rooms are not floor-to-celing fully enclosed walls so you can hear some other people and front desk, however, they do a good job of trying to keep the volume down and for the most part, I was able to zone out.

Not Good massage, she squeezed too hard on my wrist and lower body. My wife also went and wasn't happy. Finally when I was walking out and asked for change $20 bill and front desk receptionist throwed the change disrespectfully suggesting entire $20 tip.. bad demeanor

First time coming here, one of the best massages in SoCal. The full body massage come with oil & hot stones. I felt so relaxed and relieved after. The staff was very nice friendly they were quiet during the massage. It’s worth giving them a chance. They are located right by the 5 Fwy next to the LA fitness

I go every weekend to a different place and this weekend at Amazing spa was amazing. Lucy is the best. She is gifted

This place has incredibly poor customer service! The young woman at the front desk was terrible with customers, and the massage itself was mediocre. Low prices clearly come with a cost. The front desk attendant even threatened me when I didn’t tip more—she took a photo of me and began yelling, saying I would never be allowed back. It was, without a doubt, the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had at a massage spa. I’m generally a generous tipper, but if the services are not up to standard, my tip will reflect that. I was truly taken aback by her behavior. While I fully support advocating for massage therapists, it’s unacceptable to become upset when a customer is dissatisfied and chooses not to leave a large tip. Management: I strongly recommend customer service training for your front desk employee.

I get a massage every Sunday here. The staff are very professional. I always get the foot massage and they listen when I tell them to focus on certain areas of my feet that's hurting which is a great relief. The place is very clean. Overall, it's highly recommended

Been coming to this place for couple years now. It’s in a big shopping center with plenty of parking. Place is clean and convenient. I prefer my massage deep and hard. I have tried Amy, Eva, Laura and Mia. They are all amazing, and each with unique style. Several reviews have mentioned the front desk staff "rude". Per my experience, the owner is a strong will, no nonsense kind of person. Be nice and respectful, and she will be super sweet to you.
