I had such a wonderful experience with the owner, Reiko! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. Her space is clean, relaxing and beautifully set up. The perfect environment to unwind. My Brazilian was completed by Drea. The Brazilian wax itself was done with such precision and care. Quick, clean and surprisingly painless! She used high-quality products that left my skin smooth and irritation-free. I was so impressed with how thorough she was while still keeping the experience comfortable and respectful. My facial, which was done by Bianka, was beyond refreshing. My skin felt hydrated, smooth and glowing afterward. She took her time to assess my skin type and tailored the treatment perfectly to my needs. What really stood out, though, was Reiko, Bianka & Drea’s customer service. They are each warm, knowledgeable and genuinely care about their clients. They each explained what each service entailed, shared helpful skincare tips and never made me feel rushed. I had a wonderful facial at Skin Lab with Bianca. She was very professional and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience relaxing and comfortable. This was exactly the type of facial I enjoy — thorough and effective, with extractions. My skin was extremely dry from traveling, but Bianca knew exactly what it needed and had me leaving the appointment feeling deeply hydrated and refreshed. I could see and feel the difference right away. I’ll definitely be back!

Reiko was my esthetician she was very welcoming from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable and had no issues answering my questions.
