I had a great time at the sauna & plunge social. Everyone was so welcoming. Great conversation, interesting people from different walks of life all there and open for sharing the beautiful experience.

Bill and Tyler are such a joy. An incredible restorative experience coupled with a great sense of community. This space is down to earth. If you’re looking for a good place to reset and meet new people. This is the spot! Milwaukee’s best!

What an awesome experience this weekend! Saturday morning sauna and dip into Lake Michigan. Tyler, Bill, and Alex exude positive energy and vibes. They will walk and talk you through each step of the sauna/cold plunge experience. Novices need not worry! If you are looking to get into sauna culture, maybe just pushing yourself to try something new in body/mind awareness, look no further. I have had a very special time with the social sauna on the beach via The Hive. It has been my pleasure to spend time with old friends, new friends, and family in such a healthy and intimate way. I really felt connected and apart of a community. Bill and Tyler are great at facilitating this and setting up a rich soil for you to get what you put in. I had an amazing experience at The Hive-Wellness and Social. I’ll admit, I was a little nervous at first, especially about trying the cold plunge—it’s not something I’d ever done before. But soon as my girlfriend and I got there. Seeing the biggest smile from Bill really helped put me at ease. Once I took the plunge (literally), I was surprised by how refreshing and energizing it felt! The whole experience was such a warm and welcoming vibe, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. If you’ve been hesitant to try something new, The Hive is the perfect place to step out of your comfort zone and leave feeling like a whole new person. I can’t wait to go back!

HiveMKE isn’t just saunas and it isn’t just cold plunging; it is ability to come together collectively in the understanding of wanting to raise ourselves up and others up. The time I spent with this collective was an encompassing feeling of unified love. As you walk down to the beach you hear the waves crashing, you feel the community presence, and you feel welcomed. You may not know a single person there, and that’s okay, but the time you leave you will.

The Hive was amazing! The potable saunas were set up on the beach so we could sweat and cold plunge. Lake Michigan was very cold the day I went and I plunged 3 times! I met the most heart centered people at the event. Really loved it for the community, connection and health benefits. Highly recommend.
