HOTWORX - Milwaukee, WI - Downtown

This has been the best investment of my time and money. It was supposed to just be a free workout and I loved my workout so much, I got the elite membership and it does not disappoint. My only wish is that I had more time to be here. I live close but I'm a busy mom so being able to rush in, get a GOOD SWEAT, and go back on with my day has been the best part about it at HotWorx. Also, the 15 minute HIIT workouts give me a blast and a challenge without disrupting my schedule, no matter how challenging it is, it's ONLY 15 minutes. When I got in and came regularly, I dropped 15 pounds in less than 2 weeks. Exactly what I needed! HotWorx is the cheat code! 5 stars

I joined Hotworx in downtown Milwaukee because I love saunas and yoga. I can tell you Hotworx really does give you a great workout in less the time. I've noticed an improvement in my cardiovascular system and overall muscle tone. I love that it is warm and private so I can get away from the cold and work on my isometric poses.

I’ve officially been at HOTWORX for about a month now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most consistent fitness routines I’ve ever stuck with. The 24/7 access is a huge plus for me. I get off work and just go, and even when classes don’t line up perfectly, I still have plenty of options. Whether it’s an ISO class, a HIIT session, or even just sitting in the sauna, I can always fit something in. Hot Cycle is my favorite class. I enjoy it more than Hot Blast because higher resistance cycling works better for my body. It’s easier on my joints, helps build strength in my legs and glutes, and still gives me a great calorie burn. I rotate through Hot Core, Hot Barre, Hot Pilates, Hot Buns, Hot Bands, Yoga, and Stretch, which keeps my workouts interesting and prevents burnout. The infrared heat is intense in the best way. I started around 100 to 125 degrees and worked my way up to 130 degrees, and the sweat is real. Even on days when I’m tired or not feeling my best, I can still show up and do something. I’ve only lost about 8lbs so far, but I’ve definitely lost inches. My pants fit looser, and my body feels stronger overall. This place really teaches you that progress isn’t just about the number on the scale. One thing I do wish was better is the booking system. Sometimes people book sessions and don’t show up, which can make it awkward when you’re trying to be considerate. Overall though, the environment feels supportive, and everyone is focused on their own workout. HOTWORX has helped me build consistency, confidence, and a routine I genuinely enjoy. If you like low impact workouts, heat training, and flexibility with your schedule, this is definitely worth trying. Alex the general manager is so sweet and cool but I call her Alley

Staff (Danica) was super nice and did a great job explaining the benefits and inner workings of Hotworx. Facilities were clean and orderly. Will definitely be coming back!

I love going to HOTWORX and getting a quick workout in! The convenience of 24/7 gym and saunas is wonderful with my busy schedule.
