Pearl Head Spa

My husband got me a gift card for my anniversary. I had no hair/scalp concerns it just looked like such a relaxing experience to me and boy was it! Grace was amazing. The music and sound of the water falling were just so relaxing. I got the pink pearl package and I loved everything. There are two bays separated by a curtain but I never felt awkward or anything like that. They remind you if there is another client in there so you be quiet as you enter and exit. Grace sent a text beforehand letting me know to speak up about pressure or if I needed anything and that was helpful because I never speak up even if I am uncomfortable. (I never had to speak up) The one thing I didn’t like is you cannot book with a gift card (you use a credit card then they refund you at the appointment) and also you cannot tip with a credit card. To me, if I get someone a gift card I want the experience to be free to them, no money out of pocket. Also I had booked because of an instagram special, they don’t automatically give you the discount you have to remember to show the post to get the discount. Of course I forgot but remembered when I left. I text grace and she refunded me the amount back to my gift card. Other than that, the experience was great and I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Brought my wife to Pearl Head Spa and she loved every bit of it. The place felt really calm and welcoming right when we walked in. Adriana took amazing care of her and made sure she was relaxed the whole time. My wife said the scalp scrub and head massage was one of the best she ever had, and she left feeling so refreshed. We’ll definetly be coming back, Adriana did a wonderful job!

AMAZING experience! Adriana was awesome! My first experience wasn’t great but the owner called me and wanted to make it right so I went back for the pink pearl and it was sooo much better!! Her massaging was perfection and she was very intentional during the treatment. I really needed what they delivered this time and I will be back! It was a very relaxing experience! My daughter & I did a session together. Was a great girls day out experience. Did a few add ons mini facial red light therapy & hot stones for the neck shoulder massage. Will highly recommend to friends to give it a try! Adriana made me feel really comfortable & relaxed. The spa has a very calming atmosphere. She was very gentle & was able to get rid of the knots in my neck & shoulder. Highly recommend you try her services. She showed us the new hair dry salon room & checked our scalps. Looking forward to another sesssion.

I have been to Pearl two times both with Adriana, each time she is inviting and my appointment is so relaxing! This last appointment I fell asleep, she also walked me through my hair/head before and after with the camera and was very knowledgeable. Can’t wait for my next appointment!
