The staff are incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. My massage therapist Nicol is the best. The treatment itself was exceptional — one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The pressure was just right, and I left feeling completely refreshed. She got magic hands! I also tried their gel pedicure service, and it was equally impressive. The technician was meticulous and gentle, and the result was flawless — my nails looked fantastic, and the finish lasted beautifully. Highly recommend Bamboo Spa if you’re looking for a high-quality, peaceful escape from daily stress. I will definitely be returning!

Lisa was such a professional and her job was impecable❤️ she also has a beautiful energy and even gifted me a Chinese Asian pad for pain for my mom because I told her my mom was having menopause pain. My friend and I, from Wisconsin and Minnesota, were looking for a relaxing and affordable spring getaway. We’ve always wanted to try a Korean ASMR head spa treatment, and after seeing so many glowing reviews about Bamboo Beauty & Wellness in Miami, we decided to plan our trip around it — and it did not disappoint! Our experience was absolutely amazing. We were able to have our head spa treatments done together in the same room, which made it even more special. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. I have blonde, oily, and dry hair, while my friend has black hair with a more typical texture. The staff tailored the products to our individual hair types, which made a noticeable difference. My hair looked brighter and shinier afterward, and my scalp felt deeply cleansed — I didn’t realize how much I needed that! On top of the head spa, we also received an arm and back massage during the treatment — such a nice bonus! The staff’s attention to detail and personalized care made the whole experience even better. I left feeling refreshed and with noticeably healthier hair. It was absolutely worth the trip from the Midwest to Miami, and I can’t recommend this place enough! P.s. The redness in the photos is because I am sunburnt.

I booked a 60-minute deep tissue massage at Bamboo Wellness and had an amazing experience. Cindy took such great care of me. she has incredibly strong hands and was able to really work deep into my muscles exactly where I needed it most. I left feeling so relaxed and relieved, and it was honestly one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had. I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be booking again.

Had my 1st experience at Bamboo Beauty and Wellness last night. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I had an amazing experience! The prices were good and my service was great! Not your standard overpriced bougie spa stuff. If you have been over to Asia and gotten massages over there and loved it... this is the hidden gem in Edgewater! I don't get massages often, but I may start getting more now. They also have so many other services to explore. Thank you Bamboo Beauty and Wellness for a great experience! See you again soon!

Ruby is the best at lymphatic drainage! She’s so sweet and really listens to exactly what you want. I felt SO snatched after my session. She finds the areas where you’re holding the most fluid and works them so well. 10/10 highly recommend her for all your massages!
