Wonderful experience! My tech took her time and made sure to ask questions to verify allergies, desired pressure level, comfort etc. I got the detox/peel herbal body wrap. I felt so relaxed. Calming atmosphere. Wish I could do some form of this everyday.

Run, don’t walk to visit the Away Spa at W South Beach hotel! This was not just the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had, but they go the extra mile when you check in. It’s a beautiful, updated, tranquil spa with sauna access and huge showers. I loved that they had chlorophyll water and gluten free treats, as well as fresh produce to lounge and enjoy prior to your appointment. Everyone at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful to escort me to the elevator to access and go up to the 4th floor. Karina did my nails and it was absolutely incredible. I almost fell asleep multiple times lol She really cares and makes sure each detail is perfect. Vivian at the front desk was incredibly welcoming as well. GREAT experience and wish I lived here to come back all the time. I came here on a whim and they had an opening next day, and I’m so grateful I was able to visit. Thank you!

A few quick observations for future guests. Two of us visited the spa for two types of facials - Environmental detox and hydro facial. The weather was gloomy and cold and therefore we did not use the beach or pool access. FACIALS The hydro facial was nice but not close to $400 nice. The aesthetician was really pleasant and the room was quiet and comfortable. The other facial was a glorified "at home mask" service. Again, not sure why the cost for someone to apply a mask and then massage you - overall, an overpriced, nice SPA experience. SHOWERS There are two showers. The large, handicap shower was clogged and overflowing. Upon switching to the second, smaller shower, the water temperature controls were not working. The water could only get to luke warm. In the grand scheme of things, not a big deal but flagging for anyone who likes their shower temps on the warm side. STEAM ROOM The first thing you smell upon entering is mold and I’m certain that cannot be healthy for anyone to breathe in. This should be addressed immediately. OTHER If you’re planning to get ready (hair etc) they do not provide round brushes or combs. There are a few, very cheap hair straightens and curling irons ($20 ConAir ones). The SPA aesthetic is lovely. It was quiet, clean and organized.

Book this for yourself five minutes ago. I’ve never had a more amazing spa/massage experience in my life. This place is top tier. Enjoy the facility and amazing steam room while you wait and then enjoy jaw dropping service. Lauren gave the best massage.

Great overall experience. We had the couples experience, and picked the massage. The masseuses were professional, attentive, and very friendly. However, the couples option had one benefit only above the regular services: having the massage and the after shower together as a couple. If you do not care for that, the amenities are the same. You can have the steam room shower each individually after the massage (that will save you some $$).

I loved everything about my experience here. It is super clean. Anthony and the front desk staff and everyone include my masseuse made my bday here special. I got special skin care gifts and champagne for my bday as a special surprise. Definitely my favorite spa here in south beach miami. Total bill for 2 massages one for 30 mins and one for 60 minutes was $350. Including automatic 20% gratuity. It does include this amazing detox chlorophyll juice and sauna access.
