Highly recommend Katie! This was the best experience I could imagine. I got the focus on me, It started with a scalp analysis, showing me what I need to work on and how it usually looks. I then got to choose an essential oil that I liked, for an aromatherapy session, making me feel extra relaxed. The head spa had a detailed shampoo and scrubbing, as well as massage and condition which made me fall asleep. I wish I hadn’t, as the experience was worth every minute!

Absolutely loved my experience at Aoki Head Spa! The staff was so kind and knowledgeable, and the ambiance was relaxing. The hair analysis was super insightful, and I love that they use organic ingredients for all their treatments. My scalp felt refreshed, and my hair has never looked better! Can’t wait to come back again!

Great experience and such a beautiful place. Not your normal head spa, more of a luxury feel and really know what the are doing. They took their time and really tailor the service to what your hair needs. Staff were amazing. Highly recommend!

I was gifted a spa gift card and was quite excited for my first head spa, especially after delivering a baby. However when booking online, I was not able to use the gift card to secure an appointment. Also, upon arrival for my appointment, I was waiting about 15 minutes with no one to greet me and check me in. I had to call the facility while sitting there to finally have someone come to the front. When the treatment began with Dina, I was able to relax and enjoy the experience. I just wish I was able to use the gift card more efficiently.

I booked the hair and facial spa package with Priscilla for $280 after seeing many positive reviews. After a skin analysis, I was advised to upgrade to a Korean Glass Skin facial for an additional $60 due to my oily skin, bringing the total to $340 (before tip). For that price, I expected a more comprehensive experience. The head massage was very brief (about 5 minutes), with most of the time spent on hair washing and the waterfall rinse. Because treatment areas are separated by curtains, the process wasn’t well explained, and I had to keep asking what was being done. The Korean Glass Skin facial was disappointing—no extractions, just exfoliation. I didn’t see any glow afterward; in fact, my skin looked more pigmented, and by the next day there were no visible results. I’ve had HydraFacials at my dermatologist’s office that deliver much better results at a lower cost and in one session. Positives: booking and check-in/check-out were smooth, and the owner was kind and welcoming. Overall, it was an okay experience, but not something I would return for at this price point. Others may have a different experience.

I had the most incredible experience at Aoki Headspa and I am already planning my next visit. Belinda was absolutely amazing. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely taken care of. Every step of the service felt thoughtful and intentional. The scalp massage, the treatments, the atmosphere, everything was beyond what I expected. This was hands down the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience I have ever had. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and honestly a little stunned by how good it was. If you are even thinking about booking, do it. Ask for Belinda. You will not regret it.
