THE SYNERGY WELL

We had an incredible infrared sauna session here. The space is remarkably clean and has a very elegant, high-end feel that puts you at ease the moment you walk in. Compared to a standard steam sauna, the infrared heat was so much more comfortable, yet we still got an amazing sweat. We both felt pretty good immediately after—it felt like a deep, much-needed detox for the body. We left with a literal glow that will last for hours. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean, sophisticated spot to recharge and they offer cold plunges and other services too.

I visited The Synergy Well today and have nothing but good things to say! The facility is clean, well-organized, and has a calming atmosphere that made me feel relaxed as soon as I walked in. I did the fire and ice contrast therapy which is the sauna and cold plunge and I loved the experience! Nate is extremely knowledgeable and took his time to thoroughly answer any questions I had. I’m definitely coming back and will recommend The Synergy Well to all my friends!

I’ve been going to Synergy Well consistently for ozone therapy (about 5 times a week), and I honestly feel such a difference already. I purchased their 10-session promotion, and it has been so worth it. Before starting, I was someone who would wake up around 2–3 a.m. almost every night. Now, I’m sleeping through the entire night and waking up feeling rested and energized. My days start at 5 a.m., and instead of feeling exhausted, I feel great and have steady energy all day. I’m really grateful for the results I’m experiencing and for the overall experience at Synergy Well. Highly recommend if you’re looking to improve your sleep, energy, and overall well-being.

Upon coming in I was 100% anticipating coming in for the infrared sauna, yet after hearing Nate discuss the amazing and wonderful benefits of ozone I was immediately excited about the opportunity to try ozone for the first time. I felt drenched in sweat in a sheer few minutes, and with its list of benefits that improve your overall health and wellness it was an easy yes for me. I’ll definitely be returning for another session, and I highly recommend the Synergy Well to anyone and everyone!
