I would give this place a 0 star review if it was possible. Their lack of communication, care for customer service, and appointment systems need work. My husband and I booked 2 massages for our anniversary. We book 2.5 months in advanced and within days of our booking, I reached out to clarify details. Firstly, it would be a prenatal massage for myself and a regular massage for my husband. The receptionist understood and confirmed I would be okay. Second, they do not do couples massages so we would not be in the same room which we understood and were okay with. She proceeded to accommodate us and say we can start within 15 minutes of each other, changing our massage times. Upon arriving, we were informed my husband missed his appointment and 15 minute grace period. The change time was not updated in their system. The receptionist claimed the phone number on file was in correct & did not go through, and that they didn’t even have his on file to reach out. I checked our client portals, BOTH phone numbers AND emails were accessible. We got a half assed apology, and not a care in the world to help us or figure something out. We didn't expect special treatment, but at least a solution or a time to reschedule would have been decent. My advice, go somewhere local and a not a big business who doesn’t care for their clients.

The massages were great. The customer service however is horrible. They literally charged me $35 just because I called a month earlier and scheduled my appointment and they said because I scheduled my appointment in November but my actual massage was at the beginning of January that they charged me $35 just because of that. Also I had a hour and a half massage scheduled. They only did an hour and then would not credit me that other 30 minutes that I paid for. So I'm literally out over $100 just because of this place and they won't do anything. I keep emailing. They won't respond to my emails. Absolutely! So frustrated with this place and the lack of customer service

This was my first time visiting Nani Massage, my daughter bought me a Groupon as a gift. Cynthia was my massage therapist and she was great! The whole experience and vibe was amazing! I will definitely be going back!!

I saw Janee W this morning. I have had hundreds of massages and never have I left in happy tears. She is a very special person. You can tell she deeply cares about her clients. She helped me physically, emotionally, and all of the above. Not only that, but the facility was beautiful and clean. 10 out of 10 experience. I will definitely be coming back.

Michael the massage therapist was excellent and took great care to address my areas of need. Obviously she is well liked as was difficult to get an appointment as soon as I would like. Enjoyed my visit thoroughly and will be returning!

Massages and atmosphere is excellent. Pricing is affordable. Hours and scheduling make it difficult for working people. Had to pause and eventually cancel my membership because I could only schedule 5-6 weeks out hoping my schedule would be open at the time.
