From the moment we stepped into the serene atmosphere, we knew we were in for something special. Our masseuse was truly exceptional. Kind and incredibly attentive, they took the time to understand our individual needs and preferences. The massage itself was nothing short of perfect. The pressure was spot on, addressing tension throughout my entire body, and my wife echoed the same sentiment. It was clear this wasn't just a routine rubdown; it was a skilled and intuitive treatment. Beyond the incredible massage, the foot treatment was a delightful addition, leaving our feet feeling refreshed and revitalized. The aromatherapy further enhanced the experience, enveloping us in calming and luxurious scents that truly transported us to a state of relaxation. While Edgewater Spa might be positioned at a higher price point, the quality of service, the skill of the therapists, and the overall ambiance justify the cost. This is my go to hotel whenever I am in town. The rooms are always nice and clean. The internet is fast and the amenities are top of the line multiple restaurants and gym and spa. I send all my friends and clients to them. Staff is the best of the best.

From out of town, I planned a weekend getaway with my best friend and planned our day around a 2pm pedicure at the Edgewater Spa. We booked more than 30 days in advance. At 1:45pm on the day of our service, we were parking for our service only to receive a phone call that the booking is canceled due to a bridal party going over their time and to call back. We instead went inside to discuss in person. The receptionist apologized and offered ONE of the two of us could be fit in at 4pm for a pedicure. This was all he could offer along with an apology. I have never encountered such poor customer service from a spa. To those booking this spa in the future, beware they can can cancel your service with minutes notice and be uninterested in finding a way to get you to return.

I booked a massage with Raj, not only was he professional but the massage was excellent. He made sure I was comfortable and knew just want I needed. Would highly recommend Raj.

Quality and amenities have noticeably declined in recent years. It seems management overseeing guest experience is no longer up for the task. Hopefully they can return it to the high standards they once upheld. (Photo attached are flowers in their relaxation lounge)

My partner and I went to Edgewater Spa to get a couples massage for my birthday. It was a great experience. The massages were tailored to our preferences, and the technicians were very attentive and friendly. When they found out it was my birthday, they provided us complementary Prosecco. The amenities were very relaxing and well kept. If you are looking for somewhere to get a massage, I would highly recommend booking with Edgewater Spa.

Had my first pedicure here a few weeks back. It was a great experience! Eleni was fantastic and a great conversationalist which made it much more fun, my feet have never been so soft! Met Mary briefly and she was very warm and accommodating since I didn't really know what I was doing and she was very helpful. Don't do spa stuff often but would definitely come back here!
