beem® Light Sauna Macon

Wow. Just wow! I went into Beem feeling kinda anxious, but my fears left as soon as I was greeted by the sweet lady at the register. I left feeling zen, relaxed, grateful, and simply happy. Happy for life! My skin loved it, my body loved it, my mind loved it. 10/10 experience, will definitely be back. If you’re debating on trying out Beem definitely just do it, I promise it’s worth it!

Beem is a wonderful place to relax, restore and pamper yourself. The staff is second to none and the space is always spotless and well appointed . I love the merchandise available for Purchase and sharing my suana/ red light success stories with my friends and family. My aesthetician says my skin looks 10 years younger from the year that I’ve spent going to BEEM and it is such a decadent pleasure! I can’t see myself stopping!

I am a former member of SweatHouz in Atlanta. I was apprehensive about trying the Beem franchise out based on the fact the solo sauna rooms did not have a shower in them. I had an issue with membership pricing matching city prices and losing out on such an amenity. I later found out that the social rooms have showers and decided to give this place a try. First impression from entering the door—customer service is lacking. When dealing with first time customers it’s important to explain the process, amenities, etc. For example, the chromotherapy lighting-how to change the lights. If I didn’t have prior experience with infrared saunas I would have never known what to do once I was brought to the room. The iPad and Bluetooth speaker functions in the room; there were no instructions. On a positive note, this location was aesthetically pleasing, extremely clean, and peaceful. I would consider returning on that alone.

I tried the infrared sauna and red light therapy for the first time, and it was incredible. I got a monthly membership, and the only downside is not being able to book an appointment via the app. I have asked them for help with it, but no luck so far. I don’t want to pay double for something I have already paid for.

I love Beem. It helps my metabolism, my me ral clarity and my skin. My a he’s and pains are less and the "me" time is fabulous. The staff and facility are top notch.

Beem is an awesome place to relax and get your detox done at the same time. I feel so rejuvenated after each session. The red light sauna gives me energy. The staff is amazing. They’re so friendly and accommodating. This is a great investment.
