Cherry Tree Bodywork Spa

Probably single-handedly the worst "massage" I've ever had, and this is coming from someone who gets a massage at least once a month. First off, I asked for a specific masseuse just going off of reviews, and I was told that it would not be a problem and we set a date and time. I arrive, and it's a completely different person and she went by the name of Coco. I shrugged it off with a smile and went with it anyway. From the moment she opened the door, to the moment I went into the massage room, I already knew this was going to be a horrible experience. Zero etiquette, no welcoming behavior, rushing me, answering the phone and texting other customers the entire time. Here's the kicker, not only is she answering a phone and texting every 2 minutes, but I paid for an hour massage, and I barely felt the massage. It was almost as though someone was lightly poking me on my back for 25 minutes straight and it was to the point that I was bored and I was literally waiting for a chance to get out of there. She spoke very little English, and could care less about understanding the customer's needs anyway. I looked at the clock and noticed I had a half hour left, and I had already prepaid. At this point, I was already done anyway with this massage experience because it wasn't a massage at all and it was the definition of awkward. I got up and started getting dressed, and she showed me the door AND expected a tip. To sum it up, I literally felt like a sheep being herded into a room for the sole purpose of shelling out cash and getting out of there as quick as possible and not even knowing what I truly paid for. Disgraceful.

The environment is very good and the service is also very good. I will definitely come back next time.👍👍
