Went here for my birthday and was blown away with the service. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with balloons and rose petals. The birthday package was super relaxing and just what I needed. She made my birthday super special and I can’t wait to come back!

Meka was great, on time ready to work. She had the room already set with the table heater, candles lit, oil, hot stones, towels. The massage from head to toe was a 10/10. It was a hour but it felt longer, she really took her time front to back head to toe. Great conversation, with great advice. She is perfect. Meka had the sauna ready for me already steamed and was very attentive to me while I was in there, making sure I wasn’t to hot, could breathe, and just overall once again having great conversation 10/10

I just had the best massage and facial in my life. My husband treated me to a spa day for my birthday and Nynoni’s didn’t dissapoint. She had an entire balloon section set up for me and rose pedals sprinkled in the room and on the massage table for me. She explained everything to me and let me know what she was doing before she touched me. She let me know how special I am and that this was a safe space. This was truly an amazing experience and looking forward to my next session!

Booked an appointment the same day, which was later canceled about three to four hours after booking with no warning. I was told afterward it was due to not paying a small deposit, despite the invoice indicating payment could be made up to the appointment time. The cancellation occurred roughly three hours before the session, with no opportunity to resolve it. Other providers I use don’t require deposits, so this felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I won’t be rescheduling. Update: received a weird and disrespectful message from Meka on my review saying it isn’t true, didn’t appreciate it, and race baited the conversation. Pathetic behavior from a business, so wouldn’t recommend this dump to anyone. Attached the messages from this pathetic business, which were retaliatory based on my review. Very unprofessional. Great conflict resolution skills.
