Urban Sweat Sauna Studio Lexington

I did the infrared sauna and loved it! Such a great way to get a good sweat and relax after work on a cold day. The space was very clean and I felt super comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!

Colleen was great! Very helpful and answered all of our questions. We will definitely return.

I’ve been going here the last few days and absolute love it, I’m able to make last minute appointment on their page and book more than one service at a time. The girls are awesome and the saunas are always relaxing.

Love 'my spa.' Their infrared saunas are my ticket to relaxation and rejuvenation. The new infrared lymphatic roller does wonders for any pain I have from achy muscles and has helped tone my body plus smooth my skin.

The 30 minute complementary session is nothing of what I expected. It was more than what I expected. The facilities are very clean the girls that work there are willing to answer questions. And the experience was different than any other red light that I've went to.

I took a trip to CYL this month out of curiosity for what the sauna offered and was pleasantly surprised! I had never tried an infrared sauna before and it was very relaxing. You can go solo or you can bring a friend/partner along and sweat in the same room. During the session, you lay in a booth from shoulder-up and let the infrared heat your body. After the session, I left feeling very sweaty, but very good! As a middle-class individual, I want to express that I do think this is a luxury experience, as the prices are a bit out of my budget. However, they do offer payment plans for those on a tighter budget, and even a free first sweat session. I would recommend the experience to try if you have never done it!

Best IR sauna I've been to. Impeccably clean. Awesome customer service. 5* client experience. Total GEM!!!!!! I went to one in LA for over a decade—I loved that place—but the CYL set up is better. This is my favorite wellness resource in Lexington, especially during the cold months. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
