I've been to this place throughout the years, never had a bad experience until today. It was freezing in the backroom and I could hardly hear the zen music just alot of the outside noises of them gathering things. Upon checkout I gave a tip, the lady at the registered demanded I give her more money. Like are you serious right now, be lucky I gave you anything in this tough economy. So between that and false advertisement of acupuncture I will not be returning.

Absolutely horrible! Discriminated against my client just to massage her knees. The first thing I want to say is everyone deserves a rubdown to keep your circulation going! It's a no for me. Screaming as soon as we came in "no service" "no service for the old lady"

Very bad massage, My gf and I went here for a couples massage for 45 minutes and ended up getting a 15 minute max massage, felt like they were just rubbing oil on me the whole time. The only good part about the whole process was the hot rags they put on you. They would talk and whisper throughout the entire session and occasionally laughing at things. The girls would constantly walk away or stop what they’re doing it was overall an unpleasant time. When we got to the register to pay they were very adamant about a tip. I will not be coming back to this unsanitary, greedy business. My cat could give a better massage than the people here.

Very good massage for one hour. Emma is great. She works on the back and it helps. Wish i could go every week. I have been there 12 times already in a year.

My massage therapist was amazing. Gave a great deep tissue massage and was able to work out a few knots in my calfs. I wish I could've remembered her name. I will definitely be back soon.

The first couple of time I’ve been here the massages were great but as of recently have been terrible. Me and my boyfriend go for a couples massage 60 mins. 2nd to last time I got about a 20 min massage with how much my lady was walking in and out and disappearing for 10-15 mins at a time. The last time I was here which was last night, we again did 60 min couple massage.. I got the full 60 mins, but no massage. All I got was a lady that felt like she was just putting on oil and lotion back to back. Absolutely not acceptable. And then the kicker, when I went to pay, I gave my tip in cash, and they proceeded to ask for more of a tip placed on my card. That’s legit ridiculous. I thought your rule was to not ask for tips. I could understand if I didn’t give them a good cash tip, but I did. Extremely disappointed with the services the last couple of times.

I went there one other time they were great. This time not so much. First she kept disappearing and talking a lot like alot which who can relax during that I get it if you have to say something but not a whole conversation. I got a two hour which normally one person can do I didn’t ask for two nor did anyone say they had to do two nor do I no for a fact their was two girls in the room because I don’t. When I went to go pay I gave alittle over 20 percent tip which i though was good exp for me not being 100 percent happy and I no dam well I didn’t get a full 2 hour from her kept walking away. They had the nerve to to get upset and ask for more tip to my face. That is def not customer service never did I ever go somewhere that asked for more tip. Who ever owns this should be ashamed of their employees. I was there on 1/29/23 around 10:00 a.m. I will never go back now which sucks they had good hours I wish I could report them somehow.
