Pink Medspa & Primary Care

After my hair appointment at Halo Salon, I stopped into Pink Medspa on a whim to see what services they offer. I was first greeted by the bright, cheery, and very pink decor--a fun departure from the sterile/medical interiors of the medspas I've visited before. The receptionist was extremely friendly and informative. When I asked some questions, she asked me to wait a moment to see if one of the practitioners was available for a walk-in consult. She then walked me back to Dr. Jami (DNAP) who answered all of my questions: medical concerns, costs of services, expected outcomes, differences between the various options for similar results, and differences between Pink Medspa's services and ones I've received elsewhere. She took her time to ensure I was comfortable and let me control the decision making over which services I felt I would benefit from most and when to engage their services. Based on the thorough conversation with Dr. Jami, I decided to move forward with two services on the spot. She checked her schedule and explained that she had another patient scheduled for a brief service and that if I could wait, then she could attend to me. Dr. Jami then had me review three medical forms digitally and sign the standard medical waivers. After a brief wait (15 minutes or less, if I were to estimate), she returned, made sure I was confortable, and then talked me through the procedures as she performed them. She checked-in with me quite often as she performed my services, taking short breaks as I needed them and encouraging me. I was put at ease by the atmosphere, the staff, and Dr. Jami. As soon as Dr. Jami was finished, she let me review her work and talked with me about care of my service sites while they heal. She then encouraged several members of the staff, including the owner, to review her work and they all gave me positive feedback about the effects. One final note: I am trans. They knew that from the start and never "othered" me or made me feel uncomfortable or otherwise unwelcome. In fact, Dr. Jami took into account this fact when advising me about these procedures, future procedures, expectations, and how best to implement these services to achieve my facial goals.

I had a lip flip and lip filler with Jessica and my experience was exceptional! She has a great demeanor, is very gentle, and caring with her patients. My lips are healing really quickly and already look incredible. I will absolutely go back to her next time!

I have been here twice for two different services after being referred here by a good friend. I have been so very pleased with the results from both appointments! Jami is super amazing and was very knowledgeable with every question I had as a new comer to the Botox and filler world. I definitely was very nervous and they made my experience such a good one and very comforting. The vibe of the office from front to back is immaculate and very welcoming and I will forever recommend this place.

I recently received services at the Pink med spa and had a wonderful experience. During my consultation with Jacqui, she listened to my concerns about fine lines on my forehead and around my eyes. She explained exactly where the injections would go and what to expect, and I felt very comfortable and informed. The injection process was quick and relatively painless and she kept checking in to ensure I was okay. The results look so natural. I had no bruising and only minimal, temporary swelling. The front desk staff were also super lovely and professional. I will definitely be returning for my next appointment and would recommend Pink med spa to anyone considering Botox/Fillers. It was my first time coming in for lip filler. Jessica was my nurse and she is phenomenal. I love her down! Obsessed with everyone in the office. The best experience ever!! Price was affordable and competitive compared to other places which was a blessing. Thank you!
