SOL SPA - Layton, UT

Unfortunately- Solspa had high hopes for me but heavily under preformed. At least I didn’t have some of the horrendous cancellation situations at some others noted but I would not trust them with your CC! I was excited try Solspa - turned out to be false pretenses of a Bogo deal. Buy a session get a session free I was told? Or was it but a session on the account get one for later? The world will never know. I talked to the owner and tried to understand what the Bogo deal was. She became very and oddly elusive. Then proceeded to try and tell me some services were extra when she herself on Google says what services are included in a session. LOL Smelly something fishy before I gave the last four of my credit card I spoke to someone AGAIN at the office. The tech then confirmed as you can see in the photo I would only be charged once. The owner, seemingly greedy and mistook my kindness for stupidity. Thought I wouldn’t call out the additional charge. I’ve got way more than a mere $60 in my pocket at this point it’s the principal of it and I’ve got the time. Under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1125(a)), businesses are prohibited from making false or misleading claims about their products in advertising or promotion. These laws protect consumers from deceptive practices while ensuring fair competition in the marketplace. Will be working with BBB & my credit card company to report the scam. All evidence captured accordingly.

The worst place ever, if you ever decide to cancel membership. Please don’t be a dummy like I was and let them keep taking money out of your account. You have to pay 100 to cancel. They tell you to come in and sign for cancel and then they tell you to pay 100. What a SCAM of a place. They threatened it will go to collections if I change my checking account. Be smart, call your bank and have them put a STOP on that for $15. Lesson learned for me. We are always learning. Just be aware!!!!!

SOL SPA is a fairly new discovery for me, and I really like it. I love that I can go on my terms when the timing works best for my schedule. With 24 hour access, this place is perfect for a busy mom like me. The red light therapy bed is awesome, and the more I research it, the more excited I am to continue using it. And of course I love the massage chair! One HotWorx room has a rower and they all have TV’s that you can use to do yoga videos. I haven’t used the spray tan yet, but my friend that did had a gorgeous outcome from it. You can buy a monthly membership or you can buy a punch pass. I highly recommend SOL SPA!

I would rate lower if I could. Totally unimpressed with the owner and customer service. I requested a cancellation due to a surprise health complication. Was told "don’t worry, people say our stuff is okay anyway" and that I would need to continue with payments. I get a contact is a contract, but the complete lack of any kind of awareness or sympathy was completely disappointing. Would not come here again (even though I’ll be required to pay for another 2 months)

Total hidden gem! open 24 hours a day — I stop in whenever I have the time. I used to tan at vasa but these beds are much better-clean and maintained. Love the massage chairs and hot yoga rooms too. Highly recommend!

I have been at this spa for almost 5 years. I love the convenience of self serve and Amy is an amazing member of the staff. She is so warm and welcoming with her sweet and sensitive personality. She warms up the room and makes you feel at home.

They have reached out to me on multiple occasions to come in to try hot worx. I scheduled child care to be able to go. I get there at scheduled time, door is locked & no one told me there are codes to get in, as this is my first time there. There is no one working inside and I called multiple times. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating considering I scheduled & payed for child care as well as drove all the way there. I had a very similar experience a couple years ago trying to get a spray tan with the planet beach part. I will never set foot into this business again.
