UPDATE: the business did refund our money, which was appreciated! The language barrier came up again, though, and my husband had to use Google translate to communicate with the woman working. The staff was kind to him and apologetic about the experience. I think with the right massage training, it could be improved, but the language barrier does create big logistical challenges when it comes to communicating the type of massage experience you want (deep tissue or lighter touch, areas you want to avoid or focus on, etc.). PLEASE save your money! My husband got me a 4 hand massage as a birthday gift. Upon arrival, I was blown away by the smell of smoke. I tried to get past this, and I was given instructions to take off my clothes. However, no sheet to cover up was provided. Feeling discomfort over this, and unable to effectively communicate due to staff’s barely passable English skills, we were already off to a weird start. On to the massage… The two women massaging me seemed to have no experience. When I say that it hurt more than it felt good, I am dead serious. Awful massage. I was wincing in pain for much of it, but again could not communicate due to the staff’s lack of English skills. When it was time for the scalp portion of the massage, the woman absolutely dug into my head in a way that can only be described as torturous. She then hit my head and face?! After the massage, they asked me to pay, but I said I thought my husband had paid for it already. They said he had, but he had not left a tip. After being pressured for a few minutes about the tip, I say I’ll tip $30 on my card. One of the ladies literally laughs and says, "Honey. $20, $20" while gesturing to herself and the other masseuse. Given my horrendous experience, they were lucky to be getting any tip at all. I again said $30, and the woman who laughed muttering something under her breath. Then the woman running my card claimed there would be a $3 fee for using the card. Pretty sure she was lying to get a few extra bucks out of me, but at this point, I was beyond ready to leave. WILL. NEVER. GO. BACK. There are free way to torture myself, thank you.

The cold was getting to me making me tense and my muscles knotted up. Yuqi meet at the door of an extremely neat and inviting spa. She is a tall, slender, very attractive, young lady with good English. I received a very thorough and professional 60 minute massage from her, which she almost had to wake me up from when it was over. Five stars is not enough to describe how good she is at her job. I highly recommend her to anyone needing or wanting a great massage.

I had a massage here today, and Mary provided excellent service. I will definitely come back again.

It was my first time to experience four-hand massage, it was very good, the two masseuses had good techniques and were beautiful, I felt like I was immersed in a dream, haha!

went here in the evening and paid for a 30 minute massage and only got a 15 minute massage. i kept denying her trying to make advances. she got mad about it and made a phone call in the middle of our short session. horrible service and very unprofessional. will not return and i dont suggest going here to anyone. wasted time and money. if i could give it negitive stars i would.. to add i was not refunded

Stopped in one day last week for a massage requested an hour massage and got about 45 minutes because the lady kept having to leave the room after about 45 minutes. Lady apologized said she didn’t have time to finish the massage because she was too busy. And she was the only one there wouldn’t not recommend this place
