True Med Spa

Have been going to True Med Spa for a few years now. Men’s facials, waxing, and overall anti-aging skin care services. The entire staff is super professional and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good things about Sandy & Geneva.

Sandy is hands down the BEST! She is so knowledgeable and up on current treatments. She's very conscience about keeping me looking natural. She listens to what I want, the results I want to achieve and tailors the treatment to my needs. Sandy always takes the time to answer questions and explain the process. The staff is friendly, professional, and make their clients feel comfortable. I highly recommend True Med Spa!!

Sandy is my go to person for lips. I see other injectors for longer lasting daxify instead of Botox, but for lips it’s always going to be Sandy. Don’t get me wrong she is wonderful with Botox too, but I found that I burn through it too fast, so found daxify a better long term tox. Sandy is able to make the shape of my lips look full and plump without looking fake. I’ve never had someone use the technique that she does on my lips. I love them! This is right after my injections 5 months ago, so they are swollen in the pic, but the shape! Lucious!!

I don’t do many reviews and I decided to wait u til everything settled so to speak to write this. I have only done the tox 3 times and was driving 4 hours away to get them. The woman I went to to was good and very nice but 4 hours is a long drive! I saw tru med spa on my instagram page and began to research. I decided to take the plunge as she was the 10th person I researched to go to. I am sooooooo glad I did! Sandy is amazing, she knows her stuff and educates you on the process as well. She did something different then my other girl I honestly love it way more! I am so going back and telling my girlfriends!

Sandy has been taking care of my face for over 10 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and detailed in her work. I always look forward to my appointments with her. There have been times when I want more, but she kindly reminds me that we are looking to enhance, and not trying to look overdone. I appreciate her honesty and always trust her advice. True Med Spa also offers facial treatments, and carries great skin care products. I love the hydrafacials, and I’m always excited to learn about and try the latest and greatest skin care products.

I just love True Med Spa and can't recommend it highly enough! Sandy L. and her wonderful conscientious staff go the extra mile and make it so easy on me to receive services! I am very happy with Sandy's gentle technique, expertise, attitude and range of services offered. Her spa is so welcoming and she always has a ton of great specials and promotions available. True Med will also apply Brilliant Distinctions rewards to purchases through text or over the phone so I don't have to take extra time out of my busy day. I am very happy with my results and always receive compliments on my youthful appearance and skin. Thank-you Sandy and Staff!

The firdt time i went she did a great job so i was happy to return My appointment was canceled 15 minutes before it was to start. I got this message via text. Confused, i called the office 3 times and no one answered. So i texted to confrim they were actually doing this to me with 15 minutes notice, since they are very clear they personally require 24 hours notice or you will be charged. The text response started with "Like i said" which - wow! McDonald’s has better customer service than this spa LOL Sandra’s staff then stated that "i dont want to have to be doing this", so the staff member opted to then attempt to gaslight me, as though i should feel sorry for them having to do their job? Unbelievable. I was offered to come later but that didn’t work for me and after being treated like garbage the chances I will walk into this place willingly is right at 0%. I realize customer service is not what it once was, but good lord. To cancel 15 minutes in advance throwing my whole day off, saying i can come in later (newsflash: i could not, and how pompous to think someone can accomodate you like that), to then get the snarky "Like I said" after you ignored my call - followed by a plea for me to feel sympathy for the message sender? When you have a job, you represent that business. And you shouldnt gaslight customers. I can only assume Sandra had someone come in and that would be more financially benefical for her to serve, and my time and inconvenice was incomsequential to her. The kicker was being told I couldn’t get a refund!! Do you think im going to accept service from someone who has so little respect for my time? I submitted through Wells Fargo Shame on this business for caring deeply about their own time (24 hour notice for cancelations or youre charged), but zero respect for the time of their clients. I will never return.
