Swan Spa III

I needed a last minute appt for the pain I was having in my neck & shoulders. Making an appointment was easy and workers were polite. The lady that did my massage did not speak English so I was unable to explain my problem areas. I also thought we were doing a 90 min massage instead of 60 min so when she left the room I waited for her to come back then she finally did and gestured at me to get up. I got a deep tissue massage and left with a headache and nausea. For $100 I paid I will keep going to the spa downtown.

We started going to Swan Spa on Alameda about a year and a half ago. Now- we go to their newer lication on Sonoma Ranch. The massage therapists are excellent. They sometimes have to use their phone to translate, but we understand each other very well. Yes- they have to answer the door or the phone- but they will make up the time. They are honest and hardworking. We see them every month. They are always very friendly and efficient. We will continue going as long as we can because the massages are exactly what we need to get the knots and stress out. Thank you so much Holly and Sophia for always helping us feel better. We appreciate it very much ❤️

Got my wife a massage there today and the therapist placed hot stones on her during the massage, that was fine but the therapist left the room for 20 minutes and didn’t say anything prior to leaving. My wife ended up removing the stones and leaving the room since she didn’t know what was going on. At that point, the therapist saw her in the hall and told her she wasn’t finished. My wife elected not to continue. She will not return there again.

Swan spa at Sonoma ranch is a great place.There are two new therapist, very positive very wonderful ladies. . I was greeted right away and asked about a one hour massage. I took the hot stone, hot salt as well. I was shown to one of the updated new rooms very impressed by the decor as I walked in the ladies were wonderful. They both are very talented with Massage . I chose one year the tall one was very pleased and very happy with her working on my back and legs. Grateful that they were open able to take me in right away and I technique that I received. It’s good to have two positive ladies And a clean place I’m thankful and grateful Swan Spa . So if you are single a couple woman, this would be the place to go. Great service great place. Great attitudes friendly have a great day 🙏

SwamIO massage is the best place to have professional massage to relived lall the pain you’ll have, after all day of hard work, ill recommend to have Sophia sheds very professional at her work, relieved all my lower back pain, excellent

I called to book a spa package for my wife's birthday, but the Asian lady who answered the phone said they were too busy to talk to me. She mentioned she would call me back later and abruptly hung up without taking my contact information. As a result, they lost a customer. I ended up booking a package worth over $300 at a different spa instead.

Bad energy. Avoid at all cost. The ladies talking about us in their native language and I’m fluent in their language. Nasty people dont go there!!
