I had the most incredible experience at Lancaster Head Spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, clean, and truly relaxing. The head-spa service itself was absolutely amazing. Gail was phenomenal. She was gentle, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. — so kind, professional, and amazingly skilled. Her technique was both relaxing and therapeutic, and she made the entire experience feel personalized and luxurious. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already planning my next visit!

I really enjoyed my experience at the Lancaster Head Spa. I saw Gail for the Signature Scalp Treatment. I appreciated her explanations, answering my questions, being honest about when she wasn't sure, and her generosity with her time. In the days after my treatment, I noticed that my head felt and looked cleaner and less oily/greasy. The treatment itself was also very relaxing and felt really wonderful!

This was my first facial and Haley was amazing. I told her I have sensitive skin and she heard my concerns about product and was very attentive to that. I really loved the face mask that smelled like chocolate. The scalp massage and halo water experience was very relaxing and gave me the goosebumps. She took the time to blow dry my very long thick hair at the end. Super friendly and professional. Thanks for a great experience!

If you are looking for some relaxation look no further. I had the VIP treatment by Haley and she was amazing from beginning to end. Very professional and so relaxing. The products she used were fresh smelling and made my face feel amazing.

Incredible way to relax and unwind! Kendall was so nice and knowledgeable. They took a scan of my hair/scalp which was super cool (but a little scary) and then the service was amazing - super relaxing and they have some fancy machine that massages your head with water that I absolutely loved. I regret not doing a longer service!

I had a great experience at Lancaster Head Spa. I got the luxe treatment which included a mini facial and foot massage. I enjoyed the heated bed and calming facial. They use a camera to show you your scalp before and after treatment so you can see the improvement. Left with a fresh blowout. Hailey did a great job and I would definitely come back.
