The NOW Massage Laguna Niguel

Had the pleasure of getting an opening-day massage at The NOW in Laguna Niguel, and the entire experience was exceptional. This was my first time visiting any of their locations, and they made it unforgettable. The aesthetic and overall vibe are incredible, calming, modern, and instantly relaxing. I was warmly greeted at the door and checked in right away. My massage therapist took time to go over problem areas and answer any questions, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout. The moment you step inside, it genuinely feels like you’ve been transported somewhere else. The ambience is serene, and the massage itself was phenomenal. I enjoyed it so much that I immediately signed up for a membership.

I was gifted a massage at this incredible spot for the holidays and it was much needed! I was able to do the healer massage with the added Gua shua specialty. Christina was absolutely incredible. Her energy, the time and ease spent on the massage and the relaxed after feeling was better than I could have imagined. Not to mention how helpful and kind Karen was at the front when I first entered. It was absolutely lovely! I can’t wait until my next massage!

I had an amazing experience at The NOW Massage Laguna Niguel! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The vibe of the entire space is calming and beautiful — such a great location and atmosphere. I booked a massage with the deep tissue enhancement and it was exactly what I needed. The therapist was incredibly skilled, listened to what areas I wanted to focus on, and delivered one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and honestly like a new person. Highly recommend this location and their deep tissue enhancement! 💆🏻‍♂️✨

The Now was amazing start to finish, I was able to book in such a fast manner with no issues. The girls at the front desk so were kind and sweet. Jonah my therapist was so professional and kind, he explained everything very throughly in the first sitting room and asked many questions about preferences and any concerns/problem areas that I might have. I loved my entire massage Jonah left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated I could’ve fallen asleep! The beds are so warm and cozy, they have waves sound machine playing that make it very relaxing. Even after my massage Jonah explained how everything went and what areas had more tension, ect. 10/10 will be going back and asking for Jonah!

First words that come to mind: wow, extraordinary, phenomenal. The entire experience from walking in is like being transported to a luxurious beachside resort with unmatched service. The front desk staff was so welcoming and friendly from the moment I stepped through the door. They were so helpful both before and after my massage. Their receptiveness and warmth were evident instantly and the ambience is incredible. Stepping into gorgeously charming decor accompanied by the aroma from their candles was just the beginning. My massage therapist was Candice and I cannot say enough how amazing my massage was. Regular massage has been part of my treatment plan for chronic pain for years. She included everything and all of the areas I wanted to focus on. From the very beginning it was like her hands knew intuitively and responded immediately to exactly what is going on in my focus areas. It only got better when she did cupping therapy. I came out feeling so much better after my massage. All in all I really enjoyed my experience. I’ve been to multiple other spas and this is by far the best. I am so happy I found TheNOW cannot wait to go back. The location is easy to find and the parking lot is big; there are other business sharing it, (including Whole Foods). 10/10 recommend, definitely going back.

My mom and I had a wonderful first-time experience at Now Massage Laguna Hills. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to clearly explain their services before we booked. Carolina and Christina provided our relaxing massages and they were fantastic, both with great attitude and experience. We left feeling completely refreshed and well cared for. Definitely a 5-star experience!
