Henderson Castle

The people were so nice and served us so well. The food was beyond excellent. The breakfast was not only delicious but the presentation and atmosphere of the dining room was fantastic!!! Thank you Francois for your amazing cooking! It was my wife and I first anniversary and it could t have been better. We will recommit all our friends and we will definitely be back!

Last night we had amazing time at the Murder Mystery dinner. We went thinking we were just going to be audience members watching a show of local actors performing a murder mystery and just helping to decide who was the guilty one(s). However, beyond our wildest imagination, we got to be the actors ourselves!! We got to make some amazing friends who also were there for the first time! The H.C. staff was amazing. The food was amazing! The bartender was amazing!! Thank you Henderson Castle for this amazing venue, for your amazing programming, and your amazing staff!! Merci Chef Francois Moyet ! We will be back!!

From the moment we arrived until we left, it was a wonderful experience. Alexander, the Maitre D', made us feel so welcome and even tried to help us find a great restaurant to eat at. He was dressed up like the era of the time the castle was built and made our first impression so great. My wife and I had so much fun touring the castle and learning about it's history. The jacuzzi tub was a great bonus in our room as well. This is so worth the price. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a date idea. You will be a hero to your special someone!

We had dinner at Henderson Castle, and it was amazing! The food was unique and extremely flavorful. Best meal we have had in years. The full bar has a great selection. The historic dining room is beautiful with the fine art and fireplace. The staff were also wonderful. Everyone should experience an evening at the castle!

This place is amazing! I definitely felt like a queen for a day! The dinner was spectacular and full of so much flavor! My husband also volunteered to do some manual work around the castle to fix little things, lol. We came back for our couples massage and had a wonderful experience. Also, can’t wait to experience some of the other events hosted here.

My stay at Henderson Castle felt genuinely magical from start to finish. The setting alone is transportive—perched above the city, wrapped in history, and full of that rare feeling that time has slowed just for you. It’s the kind of place that invites reflection, rest, and a little dreaming. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Everyone I encountered was warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. And the bartender, Rob, deserves special mention: he is a legit alchemist. His knowledge, creativity, and warmth turn cocktails into an experience rather than a transaction. The Spirit Bar hosts custom cocktail nights on Thursdays, and they are absolutely worth planning your stay around—thoughtful, imaginative drinks crafted specifically to your tastes. It feels intimate, playful, and a little enchanted. The food throughout my stay was absolutely delicious—thoughtful, well-prepared, and deeply satisfying. Every meal felt intentional, like it belonged exactly where it was being served. By the end of my stay, I realized this wasn’t just a one-time getaway. Henderson Castle has become a place I want to return to again and again. I’m already planning to make this my annual solo retreat—a place to reset, indulge a little, and reconnect with myself in a setting that feels both indulgent and grounding. Truly a special place.

The staff was wonderful!!! The rooms were all clean and unique. The Castle was decorated really cute for Halloween. Everyone seemed to care about the place and the guests and it felt like home. The bar area had great cocktails and the wine flight was a fun addition. The Roof spa was also fun. I wish this team and owner all the best for a bright future at Henderson Castle.
