I walked in and asked for cupping (no advance appoint). I was told to wait 40 mins - no problem and asked if I could wait there. They let me wait in a private room - great! They came in and asked how long I wanted my session and I said 1 hour. They told me it would be $60 and I had to pay in advance. Thought that paying in advance was odd, but did it. Then, an hour later they say all done. I looked and said what about the cupping and the woman barely understood me without a translation device (honestly). Translation said you come back for cupping next time. To which, I said, no, that was the whole reason I came today and I want it today. They then said it was the end of my session and I said, what time do you close (several hours later and nobody else was there waiting). I said, I’d like my cupping right now please. She then agreed and did it. Afterward via translation device she asked me for $15 more (total of $75 now which I assume was the cupping enhancement). So to close the deal, I had given them a total of $90 ($60 for the one hour massage which I thought was the cupping experience + $15 for the extra I was told to pay + $15 gratuity (20% of the $75 fee). She then gave me significant attitude how that was her tip and I said and it’s 20% - with the language barrier this went back and forth for quite some time. At the root of it, I was trying to ask for the total fee so I could then give her the 20% tip (which I did as far as I could tell). Very hard when they operate a cash only business and won’t give receipts. I was here one other time about 2 years ago and had a great cupping session. Seems like a different owner now, but really left a sour taste in my mouth about going back again in the future which is unfortunate given they do a great job and their proximity to home. They just need better transparency with their business practices.

She yelled at me after the massage to leave a 50% tip. Ridiculous. I gave her over 30% tip and she said it's not enough. She said next time she won't do the massage good. Don't worry, I won't come back.

I see Judy and WOW she is REALLY amazing! She def has a lot of experience, strong hands and the prices are unbeatable. This place is a real gem! So happy I found it!

Amazing treatment! Cannot find someone else like Judy who can be so professional. Your pain will be release after an hour treatment! Best ever.

Masseuse has great massage skills. She got all the knots and kinks out of my tight neck and back .
