Mr. Bob Harrington shared his knowledge & sales experiences with us, taking his advice on a wet test. Went back home, checked measurements, put electrician on notice. Called next day and scheduled delivery. Mr. Harrington came to the house with installation team . Oversaw the process, stayed until tub was filled and running. Excellent purchasing experience from start to end .

We love our Hot Spring spa. Kevin was our salesperson and he was very informative and helpful. Delivery was made by a second, Kevin, who also was very helpful and did a great job making sure we understood how to take good care of the spa. Today I called the store with a question and Dan was very responsive and walked us through a maintenance procedure. Excellent service!

Had a very pleasurable experience with my spa repairman. Trevor was very upbeat, cordial, informative and was giving me options on my spa repair with explainations. He was not in a rush and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Trevor is a young man who loves his job, knowledgeable and gives Hot Spring Spas a good name in the repair field. Gary 👍👍

We knew we wanted a hot tub since both of us were having back and hip issues but we weren’t sure what to get or even what to look for. Bob listened to us, asked the right questions and explained all the options. No high pressure sales talk, no push to make us make a decision. I owned a Hot Springs prodigy from Daytona for 24 years! Yes, 24! It was Best Jacuzzi and I was so happy with it. This year I decided to get a new one, even though my old one still worked!! They just delivered the new Prodigy and I cannot believe the high-tech yet simple advancements they have made. It’s fantastic. I can’t stop looking at it🤣 This is the only brand I would recommend. It is absolutely Incredible and I have saved so much on chiropractors and massages through the years!! Thank you Hot Springs of Daytona/Castleberry!!!
