If I could give more stars I would! I had a spa day for my birthday and it was amazing. First I had a 90 minute massage with Rachel, she is wonderful, perfect massage. I walked out feeling so relaxed yet she was able to focus on some trouble spots on my back as well. Next I had the hydro jelly mask facial with Raegan. My dull, dry skin magically disappeared and it was so relaxing. She’s also very knowledgeable about skincare routines and helped me work out mine. She then gave me a pedicure and wow do my feet look and feel great. The spa itself is relaxing, clean and modern. I will definitely go back and I recommend 100%. Also the prices are reasonable. Not cheap but not overpriced. Everything was perfect.

It was my first time visiting the spa lounge in Holladay and I can say hands down was the best massage I have ever had! The girl at the front desk was so friendly. Directed me to the locker room. Locker room was so clean and there was already a locker with my name on it to put my belongings in once I dressed into the robe and slippers that were set aside for me. The waiting area was so cute and set up with comfy lounging chairs, water, as well as to make some tea while waiting for my therapist to come out to meet me. My massage therapist was Sophie and my gosh was she amazing. Checking in to see how I was doing during my massage and the attention to my problem areas were so good. I felt completely covered with her draping skills as she worked around my body. The first time I think ever getting a massage that I actually felt completely relaxed coming out that I felt like I was in a daze. Sophie knows what she is doing and I will for sure be coming back to her for massages.

We had a amazing experience!! We were on a ski trip with friends and wanted to do a fun spa day. The booking process was easy and our facials and couples massage was fantastic! definitely would recommend to anyone! The price was great too!

We booked a 90-minute signature couples massage here, and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The space itself is incredibly calming, with a quiet lounge, cozy robes, and a wonderful selection of teas that set the tone right away. My massage therapist was exceptionally skilled, using just the right amount of pressure along with intentional, flowing strokes and long holds on pressure points that deeply relaxed my body. The work she did on my tight neck was especially soothing—I could feel the tension melt away, and by the end my whole body felt like it was gently vibrating. Highly recommend this place, especially after a long day of skiing!

My husband and I came for our first ever couples massage. We had Tamarah and Gage and they were incredible. They made sure to get a little history and were very communicative about what was going to happen. We left extremely relaxed. I would recommend this place to everyone! Great staff and great prices!

I was surprised with a Valentine's Day present from my man to spend today at the Spa Lounge. Wow!! that was so fun. I did a massage with Heather first. Let me tell you, she is AMAZING!! She is not just professional, she has a soft touch, and is very personable (we realized that we both have identical twin boys :)) Then I got a facial with Tammara. She is so cute and gentle. The products that she used on my face were then offered to me to bring home. She gave me a lot of good ideas so I can have soft, glowing skin on my wedding day coming in May. I finished with getting a pedicure. I wish I knew the girl's name that did my pedi but unfortunately I don't know if she gave it to me. The pedi was the first one that I got since I had foot surgery back in NOV!! omg so embarrassing.... However, she remained professional and actually told me I have cute feet. Well I used to before my motorcycle fell on my foot and I had to have surgery lol. All in all, if I could afford to come back every few weeks I totally would. I could not have asked for a better experience. Someone give these girls a raise!!

The massage itself was very good, and Rachel was professional and skilled. This review is not about the therapist, as she did a great job. I was traveling from out of town and had an unexpected hotel issue that caused me to run about 15 minutes late. I called ahead, explained the situation, and even asked if it would be better to reschedule. I was told it wouldn’t be an issue. However, I wasn’t informed until I was already in the massage room that my scheduled 90 minute service would be shortened. I ultimately received about 60 minutes but was still charged for the full 90 minutes. I also had to complete an electronic check-in form on-site that could have been handled ahead of time, which further reduced the session time. At the time, the experience felt frustrating due to the lack of clear communication. Update: A regional manager later reached out personally, apologized for how things were handled, reviewed the situation, and treated it as a coaching opportunity for her team. She also issued a $25 courtesy refund. I genuinely appreciated the follow-up and the effort to make things right. The massage itself was excellent, and I’m thankful leadership took the feedback seriously. With clearer communication up front, this would have been a much smoother experience.
