Just left my appointment and I feel so refreshed. You walk in and they greet you w/ a smile. It was my first time and she gave me a run down of everything. The place was clean and cozy. I felt at peace and welcomed. I highly recommend booking w/ Psyth Sauna!

I’ve been a long time customer of IV Elements where I’ve received multiple IV infusions to strengthen my immune system. I was so happy to hear they have added an infrared sauna and red light therapy to their location. It adds to another layer of my healing and self-care routine. The environment is so relaxing and beautifully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. The whole experience is like a luxurious treat to myself! The staff is always so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail, from how therapies work to the potential benefits for my body.
