Perspire Sauna Studio

This is the second time to this location (The location in Austin, TX- wonderfully kept) The first time the room I was in, the door was slanted preventing it from closing all the way easily. A hazard for sure. The front desk staff said they were aware and have tried to fix it multiple times. Which explain the shotty clear caulking job around the also slanted hinges. The sauna was also super dusty. The second visit- today, a different room. Also very dirty. A big build up of dust. We are in an enclosed spaces for 40 min with massive accumulated dust and who knows what other particles. It’s hard to relax and enjoy when it’s so dirty. In addition to that, the seat isn’t connected, it just moves. Also a hazard. Hopefully management addresses these concerns. A spring clean is most definitely in order!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in they make you feel welcomed and answer your questions with genuine care. The sauna is spotless and well-maintained which really adds to a relaxing atmosphere. Everything feels clean, comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. I highly recommend Perspire Aauna anyone looking for a rejuvenated and stress-free experience!

I love Perspire! I kept hearing about all the health benefits of regular sauna use but it wasn’t feasible to buy one for home at this point so this is the perfect place. The staff is friendly and the rooms are private and clean and they have tv’s in each room with Netflix and YouTube, etc. The sauna temperature is good, getting all the way into the 160’s. I especially find it helps significantly with the winter blues I get during the short and cold days of January and February. My only wish is that they would offer a family/couples membership rate so my husband and I could both afford to go more regularly.

Recently visited with a friend. The staff was incompetent. No explanation of how things worked. There was work happening on the roof (which we found out about at the end) so the experience was not relaxing. If there is loud work happening I suggest letting your visitors know upon arrival. When we were done the young man at the front very poorly tried to sell us on a membership. He didn't seem educated on the benefits of visiting regularly or even what the different colors provide. If I hadn't brought up that I hadn't paid for my single visit he wouldn't have charged me as it didn't seem he knew what he was doing. I suspect management needs to provide better training. There were lights that didn't work and I also noticed quite a bit of dust in the panels that illuminated in front of you when you were sitting. I would think cleanliness should be a top priority. Love the idea of light therapy. Disappointed in the experience at this location.

This, was by far the best sauna studio I have been too. The staff were amazing and very kind. I also liked how the rooms were layed out. I loved how a shower suite was not more expensive then the regular!

I LOVE THIS STUDIO, I haven’t had one bad there ever. This staff is so kind and and knowledgeable about the benefits and any questions I have had. I definitely recommend stopping by because it is such a relaxing and rewarding experience!!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My room was clean and organized. Equipment worked great! Nice place, I’ll keep coming back.
