Sauna House Greenville

I’m so happy Greenville finally got a Sauna House! Great place for some self care/love by yourself or with friends! As a local business owner, and a slave to my phone most days, it’s nice to have 2 hours to disconnect and actually relax with a book or talk with your friends! Highly recommend by yourself, with a friend or 2, or their group rooms for a special event/get together!

This is one of my favorite places to go to take care of myself. The facilities are always clean, the staff is helpful and friendly. It’s a peaceful experience and the recovery benefits make it a normal part of my life. If you haven’t checked it out, I definitely recommend it

So glad to have Sauna House here in Greenville. The space is incredible and the whole experience is top tier. I’ve been several times and each time I’ve left very relaxed and recharged. The main area has two very large saunas that are always nice and hot. They have two plunges at different temps and I really like that one is a walk-in pool. The quiet salt room is a nice change of pace and the heated benches in the lounge are great. It’s also nice that it’s semi-social, I’ve been able to read a book and relax but also chat with other people when feeling more social. Overall 10/10 glad they are here and will definitely be stopping in weekly.

I love the restorative power of contrast therapy. I’ve been to saunas all over. However, the Sauna House was exceptionally well kept and clean and orderly. Staff were happy to answer questions and give newcomers a walking tour. It was a great experience. I did three rounds in the sauna, followed by cold plunge. Feeling great.

We were welcomed with a smile and enjoyed a very nice tour of the facility. We enjoyed the infrared sauna for our first time. Can’t wait to go back

My husband and I were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary and enjoyed an hour private session in the infrared saunas. We connected our music to the Bluetooth speaker and had the best time sweating it out together. Highly recommend! Everything was so clean and the staff were beyond accommodating.

I’ve visited a handful of times and I always love my experience here. Weekday evenings during the later sessions have been my favorite and perfect if you’re looking for a quieter time to visit. The facility is always very clean and the staff is prompt to help with anything you need, including making great drinks! Highly recommend for a self care reset 🙂 Thank you Sauna House!
