Beautiful spa, friendly staff, services were great with one exception. This was our first time trying this spa. We enjoyed that no technology was allowed and we thought the amenities and facilities were fantastic. Our biggest complaint was the lack of other guests respecting the environment and the lack of enforcement by the staff. In the spa they’ve built nice places to relax and be at peace. However the guests use these spaces to gossip and speak loudly while some try to read or just unwind peacefully. I really wish staff would be enforcing a standard of tranquility. Spend a night at Sundara spa in the dells for reference. Another complaint was my wife received a massage that was very disappointing and her practitioner would not stop trying to converse during her service despite my wife trying to shut these attempts down. Instead of relaxing and enjoying a massage. She received a disappointing massage and learned about this ladies hobbies, her children, and grand children.. all of our other services were great. But her massage was a big let down. The thermal suite is fantastic. However, normally you would start in the sauna or steam room then shower off your sweat before cold plunging or shower before getting in the hot tub. However there is no shower in this area. So I can’t help but be grossed out by everyone getting in the hot tub and cold tub covered in sweat! Lastly, we ordered food in between our services. It took over an hour to get to us. We thought it was a beautiful spa. We enjoyed four out of five of our services. However, for the money we would not be revisiting this place. If you have the money to spend and love a good spa there are better choices.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at Kohler Waters Spa was nothing short of incredible. I had a 7:00 PM appointment and arrived early at 6:00 PM, where I was immediately and warmly greeted. The staff took the time to give me a full walkthrough of the spa and a thorough explanation of all the amenities, including where to find snacks and beverages. As a first-time spa guest, I was a little nervous, but that quickly disappeared thanks to how welcoming and informative everyone was. This visit was extra special because my fiancé surprised me with a massage to celebrate a rare night away from the kiddos—and wow, did it deliver. I made my way to the stunning locker room, where my locker was stocked with a plush towel, slippers, and the softest robe imaginable. From there, I headed to the thermal suite and spent about 40 minutes relaxing in the whirlpool before finishing in the sauna. Absolute bliss. Cooling my face with a cold towel afterward was amazing, and I then relaxed in a serene lounge area with comfortable chairs, calming ambiance, and ice water infused with fruit—such a thoughtful touch. My cascading waterfall treatment with Taylor was the highlight of the evening. She was phenomenal—professional, calming, and incredibly skilled. Every part of the experience felt luxurious, from the massage to the exfoliation and moisturizing. I was so relaxed I was nearly asleep by the time she walked me back to the locker room. Before leaving, I loved having the option to shower, use a Dyson hair dryer, and enjoy their top-of-the-line hair products—everything you could possibly need to feel refreshed and put together before heading out. Thank you for truly making me feel like a queen for the day. This was an unforgettable experience, and I will absolutely be back!
Took my daughter to the GB Kohler Water Spa for her birthday recently. The facility was in disrepair. Wall trim peeled off. Paint peeling off in the water spa. Maintenance men working on the steam room. The 'tranquil room' was anything but, due to the loud noises coming from the spa area every time the adjoining door opened. Bench in the entry way without seats. Locker room was so small. We had to wait for others to utilize their lockers every time we needed to use ours. The local Y has a better and more accommodating facility. It took over an hour to get our appetizers. We needed to ask a staff member about them. The person who checked me out kept saying that she was confused on how to ring up my bill (I paid with gift card & balance on a credit card). I ended up being overcharged by $83. I went back the next day to get the credit. I talked to the spa manager regarding being overcharged, and was referred to her general manager. I was offered a 'redo' for my daughter and myself. How do you redo a birthday? What was supposed to be a relaxing day at the spa with my daughter, was anything but. So disappointing and frustrating. I will not be back.
Every time I go to the Kohler Water Spa I am blown away!! Today’s visit was made so special by Ava, Julia, and Kinsey. Julia and Kinsey are so helpful and are the perfect pair to greet guests at the entrance. They both have such a calming attitude that really add to the relaxing atmosphere of the spa. Ava did a shampoo and blowout on me and it was phenomenal! My hair looks AMAZING and I feel so pretty!! I’ve also had Autumn in the salon before and she was perfect as well! Everyone who works at the water spa and salon are so polite and kind! The relaxation area is my favorite, and I love bringing a book to read while drinking tea from the tea bar. I would 100% recommend the Kohler water spa to everyone! I fly all the way from Florida for this special treat 🙂
I had a "uniquely yours" massage with Logan. I fell asleep at least twice. I think I scared him when I twitched awake. 😬🤷♀️ It was the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had. 10/10. The atmosphere at the spa is small, but it’s really everything you need. Hot tub, steam, sauna, cold plunge, hotel pool, Locker room’s. I thoroughly enjoyed myself here. This is exactly the break I needed for myself.
It was an amazing weekend with my friends! Kohler Waters Spa never disappoints. By the end of the weekend I was asking if Jake was available for adoption! 😊
I just recently went here with my fiancé for our 4 year anniversary. We showed up 1 & a 1/2 hrs early to shower, use the pool and the sauna. This spa is so serene. The relaxation room has live plants and a hint of sunlight peeking through with a waterfall sounds. The sauna has a Himalayan salt rock wall in it, which I found pretty cool. I got the lymphatic drainage massage for the first time & I really enjoyed it. It wasn’t like a typical massage, but I really benefited from it & it still felt amazing/was very relaxing. I felt like my lymphatic system loosened up a great deal.
