Made an appointment today for a massage and was forced to pay before service which was fine. Books from 1pm-5:30pm were open and then received a text saying that the books were full and to make an appointment for another time. Asked for a refund and I was told I can "operate the refund by myself" so you guys can cancel my appointment due to a mistake you guys made on your end and then say I can refund myself. Terrible service. Also no one here speaks English it is extremely hard to communicate with the woman who works there. The last time I went in she was making me use google translate to communicate with her. I can’t understand a word she is saying. Do better. The lady there should not be the only one running the business.
