This review is for the delivery and initial placement. I have not filled or run the swim spa. The purchasing process and delivery scheduling was smooth and uneventful. The team that delivered the spa was outstanding. I want to thank Robert, Tezz, Josh, Jason, and Meche for their work. They were all professional and worked seamlessly as a team. They installed a new-to-the-industry cover without issue; I'm sure it didn't help their stress that I was standing right there. Robert made sure that I understood all functions and features available, as well as providing me a quick course on the spa treatment process. Thanks to you all for a great experience.

Robert and Martez delivered our new hot tub today. They were wonderful. They made sure that we had everything that we needed and explained everything we needed to know about our new hot tub. They were very friendly and polite. We were blessed to have them as our delivery and set up guys. Emma was our sales person that helped us choose our hot tub. She was also wonderful in helping us understand the different hot tubs as well as the different financing options. She answered all our questions and made us feel like family while we were there. We will Definitely continue to give them our business and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new hot tub.

We "inherited" a very old spa when buying our house. We knew nothing about spas prior to this one and when it broke recently, we were in a pickle as to repair or replace. Mike, the owner, was incredibly helpful. He even gave me his personal number to text in order to triage the situation the best he could. Once we had a plan to repair, he was able to get 2 technicians out here (we're 45mins away) and get it repaired for us. We couldn't be more grateful.

Greg, at Master Spa was a class above other local options. "He knows Spas" the level of care he has for the industry shows. No games! Just a wealth of knowledge as you explore your future spa. We landed on the Precision 7 and could not be happier. I highly recommend working with Greg!

These guys will always try to swindle the customer in order to make a sale for themselves. The customer is not their interest. Their only interest in their bottom line. I have had my hot tub for 7 yrs and I’m literally stuck dealing with them because you can’t buy any generic accessory or mechanical part from anyone but them. They engineer them so you have to buy replacements from them, and then they price gauge you. When they say they’re "giving you a real GREAT deal", it’s something you don’t even want but they try to sell you it to get rid of it. I’ve replaced so many recirc pumps and now need a replacement cover. They told me if I order one, it "may not be the right size and then you’re stuck with it and can’t return it". So instead, they want to sell you something off their sales floor, that clearly hasn’t sold but yet they’ll "give you a GREAT deal". A "first come, first served" deal. No thanks. They are scammers. They are NOT interested in the customers true needs. They don’t care about the customer, just their profits. If you’re researching tubs to buy, buy your tub from someone else!

Nick is incredibly knowledgeable & helpful in servicing my hottub! I’ve learned something new, useful & practical each of the two times he’s been here to correct a problem ! Office staff & Harry have always been accessible & eager to help as well. Great customer service after the sale is most appreciated!

We had a great experience with both purchasing in store and delivery. Robert delivered and he was absolutely amazing! So nice to see customer service like the good ole days. Him and the crew were so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I already have had to call Robert with questions and I got a call immediately back saying "sorry for the delay" and it had only been 1-2 minutes!!! Very impressed!
