I can’t tell you how much I love this place and look forward to every visit! To have so many wellness therapies in one place has been such a blessing. I bounce between 3-4 different therapies every time Im here. You will not find anything quite like The Wellness Bar for the membership price they offer. The coowner Janie is awesome and the staff here are all sooo kind and helpful. You must visit here, your body and mind will thank you!

The wellness bar is one of my happy places..I love all of it!!! I go at least 3 times a week..The staff is always professional & helpful & always willing to work with you.. Its affordable also... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Had my first dry float with brain tap meditation, and it would've been perfect except for the loud chatter that went on for my 30 minute session outside my room that was distracting. I think if staff was mindful of their volume of voice outside of treatment rooms, it would've been a perfect 10 experience!

I highly recommend The Wellness Bar! This place has been such a blessing for me as I deal with chronic inflammation. They offer so many different therapies that truly make a difference. One of my favorites is the cryo-chamber—it always leaves me feeling recharged. I also really appreciate that the saunas are private and kept spotless between each use. I love using the vibration plate paired with the stand-up red light panels, and the compression therapy has noticeably improved my circulation. The dry float bed and theta chair are amazing options for stress relief and relaxation. Every visit leaves me feeling better, both physically and mentally. The Wellness Bar is the perfect place for anyone looking to support their health and recovery.

After attending many cryotherapy/recovery places, I came across The Wellness Bar. When I came in my first time I was expecting it to be no different than all the other previous places I had tried but here it was different. The Owners and staff are so kind and make coming in here such an amazing experience! All the recovery tools that are offered here at The Wellness Bar are incredible, state of the art tools that have helped aid in my recovery. I will always chose The Wellness Bar over anywhere else! I recommend 100%!!!
