Gardena Women Sauna

i went with my mom and we LOVED it!! definitely will be coming back. they provide you with everything (locker with key, towels, robe, shampoo, body wash, even sterilized hairbrushes in case u forget one) and the best part is there is no rush. you can stay as long as you want or need and have a full day of relaxation. absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to relax that includes sauna, steam room, hot salt water pool, etc.

I recently visited this Korean spa for the first time, and I was pretty impressed. The lady at the front noticed it was my first time and took the time to show me around, explain the rules, and tell me what to do. She was super helpful! I really liked that this is a women-only spa. The spa has two floors. The first floor is where the locker rooms and wet area are. In the wet area, you’re naked, which is normal for Korean spas. There are hot, warm, cold, and salt tubs, and I loved the temperature of all the tubs. I’m super picky about water temps, and this place nailed it. The hot tub is actually hot, and the cold tub is icy cold. I’ve been to a Korean spa in Torrance, and I was a bit disappointed because the hot tub there was just lukewarm, and the cold tub wasn’t cold enough. This place got it just right. The second floor has a common area, a salt room, a jade room, a mud room, and even a sleeping room. They will give you a robe, and you have to wear it before heading upstairs. This was a new experience for me, as other spas usually offer cloths to wear. I went on a Saturday evening, and the place wasn’t crowded at all, which was nice. It was quiet and super clean. This spa has definitely become my new favorite, and I’ll be returning for sure! If you’re looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating experience, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Came in 12.21.25, my second time here. A cozy small spa with everything you need. However no hot/warm water to drink and no slippers, my feet is always freezing cold on the marble floor. Front desk wear shoes to step on the sofa where we sit on naked. Front desk lady is very suspicious about anything you do and not supportive. Ruined my mood for the day.

The service is always exceptional — clean, professional, and rejuvenating from the moment you walk in. My massage therapist, Vivian, is absolutely incredible. She has a rare gift for understanding the body and knowing exactly where to focus. Whether it’s deep, therapeutic pressure or a relaxing Swedish style, she delivers every single time. I usually get the combination massage, and I leave feeling brand new — balanced, refreshed, and ready to take on the world. Vivian is truly top-tier — her work is worth every penny (plus a well-deserved generous tip). I honestly don’t think you could find this level of care and skill even in Beverly Hills. It wasn't for me. On the second floor where the rooms are, there's a common area, I saw 3men walking pass by. There was a lot of noise coming from the workers. The TV was in full blast. The rooms, have nothibg spectacular about them.

I've been coming here for about 2 years now, and I like it a lot. The staff treats everyone with respect and the maintenance lady works very hard to keep the spa clean throughout the day. Sometimes the steam room doesn't work and they won't tell you but that's the only negative I have. The price is very reasonable and they even did some minor renovations recently.

Absolutely horrible experience!!! Not relaxing at all. For the body scrub they poured buckets of water on you without warning and scrubbed you hard with an unknown scrubber. The place is not sanitized nor do you even have a towel on the bed they are supposed to be massaging you at. Your getting your "massage" and body scrub out in the open naked with no privacy. Also the workers were dressed like sumo wrestler in bra and parties and aggressive.
