I have been looking to get a facial treatment and I am so happy I found Karla!! I came to her not knowing what my skin needed and if you don't either, that's ok because she does consultations. She is also easy to book. You can do it online or by contacting her. When I arrived to my appointment, I was greeted right away and she also had me fill out a questionnaire. Then she took me to the room where she does treatments. She started out by examining my face and I had also told her my skin concerns. She exactly knew what I would need without hurting/breaking my skin.During the facial, she made sure I was comfortable and talked me through every step. She was also very helpful and able to answer all my questions. She also gave me a recs on what products to use and is invested in my skin journey. Karla is so sweet and definitely will be coming back next month. If you have been curious about facials for a while, you won't regret coming here!

Absolutely loved my facial experience ! Karla answered me quick on instagram and immediately fit me into her day! Her studio is so relaxing, clean, and vibey! I needed help with my skin because I noticed my skin was looking stressed, uneven toned, and new acne was forming. Karla knew just what to do and performed extractions on my skin and I haven’t had problems in those areas. Karla uses high quality skin care products for her clients and I’m very impressed with her knowledge and technique and helping me achieve my skin care goals. I had the best facial experience with Karla. Her studio is very homey and relaxing. She makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. During the facial there are constant warm towels and great smelling products applied the whole time. I really appreciate how she took the time to explain the product she was applying and answered any questions I had. Towards the end of the facial she even massages your upper chest, arms and hands. I left the studio with my face glowing and I will most definitely be back!

Came here while I was on my Disneyland vacation and was in need of a spa day and booked at The Glow Firm because of the great reviews. The facial itself was rejuvenating for my skin. Karla was skilled and knowledgeable, customizing the treatment to address my specific concerns. I left with my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and noticeably improved. Excellent customer service.
