Koya Spa

It was my first visit to Koya spa a few days ago. Upon my entrance, I was very impressed with the absolute gorgeous decor. The studio is so clean and beautifully decorated. The young lady who is the owner was at the front desk, waiting for me with a big smile. She was an absolute joy with a beautiful Spirit. Upon beginning my treatment we had a thorough discussion about my skin needs for my antiaging facial, and she addressed everything perfectly. By the time my facial was over, I felt more relaxed than I have in years and my skin was so glowy and dewey and fresh. It was truly one of the best facials I’ve ever had and I am in my mid 40s and have been doing this for a very long time. Her joyful spirit and professional attitude is very rare nowadays. As a business owner myself, I am all about the very first customer service experience. It is a make or break for me in this world of Horrible business ethics. This young lady is a total winner across the board and I recommend anyone looking for skin care services to give her a try. You will be highly impressed. I guarantee it!

I just did my first facial today and it was amazing! Prusha was very kind and answered all my skin concerns. The products that she provides are fantastic and left my skin glowing.

Best facial I’ve had in my entire life and the ONLY thing that has helped with my perial dermatitis breakout. Prusha is so kind and knowledgeable about skin and all of the top shelf products she uses. I love how she explains every single step. I can see why she has only 5 stars. Prusha is very knowledgeable and friendly. I really liked her warm welcome. She kept explaining the things she is using for the facial and the benefits. I liked the explanation and now i have clear concept as what my skin needs and how to improve also what to use. This is the big difference. I didn’t encounter such knowledge and treatment in any other spa. Prusha is the best and she is your trusted advisor. Prusha is amazing!!! I loved my facial so much! She customized it for my needs and took time extra (I’ll say almost an hour!!) to take care of me. No rushing, no upselling, just caring expertise!! She’s young but she’s very knowledgeable !! I was impressed. I will continue to come to Koya Spa! They have PCA skin products for sale and Essence which was new to me but felt so rich! Prusha is so amazing. She is so knowledgable and really cares about her clients. She is able to explain questions in full detail and will not offer a service until she knows if it perfect for you and your skin type. She answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable in her recommendations. I am not the most trusting person so to know that she takes her profession extremely seriously is comforting and is worth way more than 5 stars.

Prusha's hands are magic. She is knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, which makes for an amazing experience. She made my facial personalized for my needs and skin type, and she let me know at every step of the way what she was doing, and how it would benefit my skin.
