The Serenity Room

I went to The Serenity Room as a early birthday present to myself and purchased the Ultimate Spa Package, and I don't have the words to describe what a wonderful, relaxing experience it was. Heather was extremely friendly and truly a pleasure to talk to, not only that, she gave me the single best massage and facial I have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend this place, and Heather in particular, and I will absolutely be returning.

The ladies at Serenity room were amazing. I purchased a couples massage for my fiancé and myself. It was his first massage and the ladies were so informative and made him feel comfortable. Everything is clean and relaxing. Definitely returning and so glad we found this gem in Fort Worth. Such great prices and staff.

I come here for weekly prenatal massages and Heather always takes care of me. I will definitely continue to come here after I have the baby and I even make my husband come now. We will be forever clients, best massage therapist I've ever been to.

Tammy did an excellent job on microblading my eyebrows. She was very professional and friendly. I have received several compliments on how natural they look. I highly recommend her.

We bought a package on Groupon and it was amazing. We didn’t want to leave when our massages were done. Luckily they gave us great directions or we may have been lost, as it is a bit hard to find. We would definitely go again.

The whole story’s below, but for people who don’t want to read too long just know this: Heather, who is apparently the owner, refused to own up to their mistake, calling me "difficult" on the phone after waiting more than 5 days to return a call after our appointment. I work in the salon/spa/service industry, so I understand appointment mix ups and mistakes, but I also know customer service and this owner does not have any respect for clients. Save yourself some trouble and book somewhere that you feel valued and appreciated. After reading amazing reviews, I booked a couples massage through Vagaro with Heather. Got my confirmation email and everything. Then we realized around Valentine’s Day there might be Groupons so we looked and sure enough, there was one! On the day of our appointment, we watched a couple walk in as we pulled into the parking lot. We walked up to the door about 10 minutes before our appointment time and the doors were locked. We look all around for like a buzzer or intercom but didn’t see anything. We knocked on the door and called the phone number on the sign outside of the door and no one answered. On the voicemail it says to text if it’s urgent so we also text that we have an appointment but we can’t figure out how to get into the building. We called again and I left a voicemail saying we were going to go sit in the car because it was sleeting and snowing and freezing cold at this point. Our appointment time came and went so I decided to text again with more information so this time I said this is Amanda we have a appointment with Heather for a couples massage booked through vagaro. Nothing. Then we go back to try the door again. Still locked. We knock again. Nothing. I call again. No answer. We go back to the car and wait for maybe 10 more minutes. Nothing. So I call one more time leaving a voicemail explaining that my boyfriend and I do long distance and rescheduling this kind of this is super hard for us so please can we just get a refund or get something figured out. This was Saturday morning. I didn’t receive a call back until Thursday around 5. And then when I told Heather what happened she keeps saying "hmm how weird" and interrupting me. She raised her voice repeatedly when I was frustrated, but calm. She told me I was being "difficult" and that she just wasn’t going to accept that they did anything wrong. Don’t support this place when other small businesses are giving great customer service and deserve your money more.

I absolutely loved my experience at The Serenity Room! Heather was amazing and I will go back for more facials. LOVED this place!
