Great to work with. Don and the entire team are very knowledgeable and were eager to help with any questions or concerns that came up. We were given a 6 to 8 week time table for completion and the were able to finish in 4. The pool came out perfect. We can’t wait for next year when we can enjoy our new pool for the whole season. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an outstanding experience with Olympia Pools and Spa of Fort Wayne, IN from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and much easier than we ever expected. From our very first interaction, Don, our initial point of contact, was knowledgeable, friendly, and set the tone for a great experience. He was very honest, upfront and provided us all realistic inputs. Jaelen, the project coordinator, kept everything running seamlessly and communicated clearly every step of the way, which gave us complete peace of mind. The crew was fantastic across the board, from pre-escavation to closing. The excavation crew communicated all details to us, and did prompt and excellent job.  Hank, the electrician, did excellent work, and Ryan, our pool tech, made sure everything was handled with care and attention to detail. When it came time to winterize the pool, John and Bobby were thorough, professional, and took the time to ensure everything was properly prepared. Every question or concern we had was answered promptly, and the level of communication and professionalism from the entire team truly stood out. We are extremely happy with the final product and cannot wait to start using our pool when the weather warms up! We highly recommend Olympia Pools and Spa to anyone looking for quality workmanship, exceptional communication, and a truly stress-free experience. Overall, my husband and I were very pleased with our experience with Olympia Pools and Spas. The store staff and on-site teams were very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to answer any questions we had. The texting communication was very handy and useful. Someone always got back with us quickly with a reply. It was obvious to us that the work teams knew their jobs well. The process seemed to go smoothly and the pool came out looking great. They all did a super job!

We just had our Hot tub delivered, and we are very pleased with the delivery crew. Each crew member took time to point out important tips such as where to place & position the spa, how to operate, clean, & use the spa as well as other important tips for us to fully enjoy our experience in the Hot tub. You can tell the crew members really enjoy their job and it’s a great feeling for us to know that they are making sure that we understand all of these things so that we have the best experience possible. We highly recommend this company!

I had a really good experience working with Olympia Pools and Spas and especially with Don Costanza. From the very beginning he was friendly down to earth and easy to talk to. He knows his products well and he took the time to walk me through everything without any pressure. That alone made the whole process feel comfortable and straightforward. The sauna I purchased has already become one of my favorite parts of the house and I am grateful for how smooth Don made the whole thing. Even after the install he was willing to answer a few follow up questions which meant a lot. It is clear he cares about the people he works with and wants them to have a good experience start to finish. I would gladly recommend Olympia Pools and Spas to anyone thinking about adding a sauna or anything similar to their home. If you get the chance to work with Don you will be taken care of.

We bought our cal spa hot tub over 10 years ago and have had Olympia out for service several times over the years with very satisfying results. On New Year’s Eve we noticed our tub had drained as a result of a shut off valve malfunction. We called the day after New Year’s Day and were told they could have a service technician come out on Monday to repair and could we send pictures.. we did along with a video of the water coming out of the valve. We also gave our credit card and were told 150.00 would be charged for technician to come out. We were told to refill the tub before the technician came so he could see also where it was leaking. It’s January do we obviously had to keep the tub heated to prevent freezing and wrap it in tarps. We got up Monday morning and refilled the tub. The time the technician was to be here we got a call they had to cancel as their technician had a sick child.. but assured us he would be there Tuesday.. again Tuesday got a call they wouldn’t be out.. Wednesday the technician came and told us yes the tub valve was leaking and he would have to go back to store and get a quote for repair and put us back on the schedule as he didn’t have any parts with him. We just wanted it fixed and have no idea why pictures were requested when they weren’t used.. I was basically charged 150.00 for a estimate for repairs that now have to be scheduled.. I would never buy from them again and have made arrangements for service elsewhere.. terrible customer service .. felt very misled.. was absolutely willing to pay for repairs but expected it to be repaired while technician was here as it always had been in the past

We decided to move from an above ground pool to an inground pool and we could not be happier with choosing Olympia. The only things that took forever were the inspections and that was not on them. Everyone was professional and did great work. The company who does the concreate work also did our driveway, they did beautiful work.
