Okay so I understand when I see the excitement from a review!!! This space is called "THE SPACE" for a reason! Ive been looking for my cold plunge/sauna space since moving from Miami and I found it!!! The free breathwork on Thursdays was what intrigued me to come try it with the $20 add on for cold plunge & sauna and Im hooked! I wasnt even sure it was going to be holotrophic breathwork and indeed it was very fulfilling(use experience varies on set and setting of the mind). Breathwork was so good with Joseph that I brought my mom back from Miami Beach to try the free beathwork on Thursdays for the community! Ally is there during the week mostly and she makes me feel like family while Im there! Shes a big reason I stayed and signed up as a monthly member! Dia is also a vibe on the weekends! FYI, they have a new member promo(not sure how much longer) $135/mo for first 2 months unlimited sessions including cold plunge/sauna, red light therapy, breathwork sessions daily, sound therapy on tuesdays, and athlete recovery yoga thursday evenings! I hope this helps spread the word of a great place that deserves the recognition!

I think it’s about time I leave a review, been to a few classes, here’s my input. I recently attended a breathwork class at Space Ft. Lauderdale, and it was nothing short of transformative. Joseph, the owner and instructor, has a remarkable talent for creating a supportive and safe environment. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm and community. Joseph's approach to breathwork is both grounded and intentional. He begins the session with a brief explanation of the techniques we'll be using, ensuring everyone understands the purpose and benefits of the practice. His calming presence and clear guidance throughout the class allow participants to fully immerse themselves in the experience. The breathwork itself was profound. Joseph led us through various techniques designed to release tension, promote relaxation, and connect us with our inner selves. I particularly appreciated how he tailored the practice to suit the group's needs, providing modifications and encouragement to those who may have been new to the experience. The atmosphere in Space Ft. Lauderdale is serene and inspiring. The space is beautifully decorated, enhancing the overall experience. It feels like a sanctuary where one can disconnect from the outside world and focus on personal growth. By the end of the session, I felt a deep sense of relaxation and clarity. Joseph's insights and encouragement allowed me to tap into emotions I didn't realize I was holding onto. This breathwork class was not just a physical practice but an opportunity to engage in self-discovery and healing. Overall, I highly recommend attending a breathwork class with Joseph at Space Ft Lauderdale.

Had a great experience there today for the first time. Beautiful clean facility very friendly staff and I was able to really enjoy everything they had to offer. Next time I come to town I’ll be back!

Thinking about trying Space? Absolutely do it. You will walk out feeling like a million dollars. I feel 5lbs lighter when I leave. I did it with family and it is great as a group. I came back solo and it was refreshing to be on my own timeline.

We had a work event in town and wanted to do a team building around wellness and this was the perfect choice. It’s clean, everyone is friendly, it’s was a great experience. If I lived closer, I would become a regular, highly recommended it!

Amazing experience today! I brought my sales team for a team building event of breath work class, cold plunge and sauna. Getting out of your comfort zone, pushing each other towards a goal and cheering each other on was the perfect combination for a winning year ahead! HIGHLY recommend and THANK YOU The Space!

What to say about this place?! It has truly a beautiful energy and focus on mindfulness. Something that I’ve been trying to work on for a while but with little success consistency. "The Space" brings people together with similar intentions and goals, it makes you feel welcomed and free to unlock your full potential. But I cannot talk about this place without mentioning the breath-work class. For starters I had no idea of what to expect about this class. I didn’t even know that this was a type of active meditation but just like I believe everything happens for a reason, this was no different. I went for my first class 2 weeks ago. I can’t lie, it was challenging, hard work. However I’m so glad I gave it a try. I felt so connected with myself, grounded, thankful and by the end of the class I was full of joy. It’s hard to put onto words the feelings you go through, but I suggest anyone who’s looking for those feelings to try and make it a routine. 2 weeks later now, I’ve been going everyday and the cold plunge is the cherry on top of the cake. Combine both and you will feel so alive if you know what I mean. 😆
