Londons Salt Spa

Went for the 1 hour cave experience today, very relaxing, nice calming music playing. You even get a blanket to cover up with and a small pillow for extra comfort. I really enjoyed it. Will go back again. Thank you for the experience! ❤️

They cancelled a couples massage less than 5 hours before our appointment…..Not from in town, which is obvious by my phone number, they offered a reschedule but that did not work with limited time. They might be great, but I will never know because I refuse to book anything else with them. Person answering the phone did not know our massage was cancelled and confirmed, so clearly a lack of communication with staff…. No thanks!

So relaxing. Great for anyone who has respiratory issues or who may be fighting off something. Schedule a massage! It's a beautiful tranquil salt cave. I really enjoyed it.

My experience at Londons was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the atmosphere, especially the Himalayan salt lamps that added a calming touch to the space. The service was impeccable; everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff was very helpful and got me started quickly. The massage room itself was fantastic, with soft Himalayan rock flooring that created a serene, beach-like ambiance. It was relaxing and peaceful. My massage therapist was exceptional—she asked thoughtful questions at the beginning to tailor the session to my needs, resulting in a truly beneficial massage. Overall, this was one of the best massage experiences I’ve had, thanks to the excellent service, the quality of the massage, and the inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend it and consider it my favorite spot for a massage in Lynchburg!

London’s Salt Spa is a high quality resort feel with very reasonable rates that make it such a wonderful place to meet a friend for a quiet chat or to rest your mind for an hour! When you enter you are greeted with a friendly smile and a fresh fruit infused water beverage to sip while you watch a quick intro video about the history of salt caves. You can enjoy a complimentary pink salt scrub and lotion which leaves your hands feeling so nice! The moment you enter the cave you feel yourself sigh with stress falling away. The soothing cozy candlelight ambiance given by the many salt lamps glowing around you, the soft crunch of salt underfoot, the clearness of the clean smelling air, it simply is indescribable until you go. It may seem unusual to just go somewhere to sit and just be, but in this frenetic busy noisy stimulating world an opposite place of nurturing quiet where you find your breathing slowing and deepening is so welcome!! This salt spa is a respite with its reclining zero gravity chairs and soft snuggly blankets and our family members fall asleep almost instantly in a truly restful moment. Massages are offered if you wish to add one on to your salt cave session appt as well! There is a large selection of salt soaps, salt lamps and other inexpensive gift items to share the experience with a sister, friend or family member. They have amazing sales around the holidays to stock up on punch cards to treat yourself throughout the year at a fantastic value! With the newer large salt room they also can accommodate a ladies day out or small group celebration! We have felt so refreshed after visiting the salt spa and highly recommend it as one of our favorite self-care treats!

This was one of the best experiences ever I recommend everybody doing it. You go into a room just dressed and fill with himalayan pink salt and bask in the ambiance. Just to breathe and smell and feel this air help stimulate so much medically i feel like my breathing has bettered and my sinuses are clear it is so relaxing and soothing.
