We recently purchased a Jacuzzi hot tub and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The team was incredibly helpful and provided clear, knowledgeable guidance every step of the way. What really stood out was their willingness to assist beyond just the sale- when I brought in a water sample, multiple times, they analyzed it for free and gave me detailed, easy to follow directions on exactly which chemicals to add to keep the water clean and balanced. This level of care and expertise made maintaining our hot tub so much easier and stress-free. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for not only a great product but also exceptional customer support and expert advice!

I appreciate their help answering all my silly questions! I was happy to hear it’s a family owned local business and it was so nice being greeted by a mom-daughter duo. I am happy to learn that Sundance spas and Jacuzzi are made in the same factory, so many of their products like filters and chemicals are interchangeable. I have a Sundance and would very much like to buy my products in Fargo (not 25 miles out of Fargo). They taught me how to empty and clean my hot tub. I would definitely recommend this store!

Excellent! Very fast, very thorough, and installation with a crane onto our two story deck was so much simpler than we ever imagined. The entire team was awesome, and before during and after the sale, communication was and is outstanding. Highly HIGHLY recommend them, not to mention the actual Jacuzzi hot tub we got. Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Fargo are great to work with! Very knowledgeable about their tubs and saunas! And I love that it is a family owned business! They care about you! Love my hot tub and so will anyone who gets one!!! We have ours outside and live in North Dakota and it works good in cold temperatures. The name of the game at Jacuzzi is service. Impeccable service to be exact. No one tried to sell me anything. They listened to me and helped me find exactly what my family was looking for. These tubs are amazing if you have any back issues or just want to relax. 10/10 would recommend.
