This place is amazing! I went there with my husband for a day-date. We are looking for ways to spend time together, esp new experiences that are restorative for our bodies. I have been wanting to try a cold plunge. It was an incredible experience! Especially for someone like me who barely swims in the ocean because I don’t like cold water. I was able to work up courage by heating up in the sauna first. And then retreating to the sauna immediately after a few minutes immersed in the frigid waters. The release you feel is indescribable. I kind of felt like a Halls cough drop- cold on the inside and hot on the outside. I ended up doing two cycles of the cold plunge/sauna. Next time I will definitely incorporate the red light therapy into my session as well as the compression boots. The ambiance is a perfect blend of chic vintage style and relaxing vibes. This is the way to ease the stress of life and really take care of yourself. And a great way to spend time connecting with your special someone. I can’t wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our recovery session! Relaxing and upscale vibes. Started with the Normatec compression boots and moved to the infrared sauna to sweat it out followed by a plunge in the cold tub and finished up with full body red light therapy! It was extremely clean too!

Fantastic experience at the new sauna, cold plunge, recovery studio in Encinitas. Immaculate vibes. They have red light panels as well, was a nice surprise! $35 for an hour session in the recovery room, definitely a bang for your buck! I highly recommend this place.

Just what 2025 and beyond ordered. A lightly social setting with the latest and greatest wellness/recovery technology. This will be the first of many sites for this team I am guessing. A+
