Healthy Land Massage Spa

Today I had a 90-minute couples massage with my close friend, and it was absolutely wonderful. The pressure was just right, the massage was very professional, and the space was extremely clean and relaxing. We both felt so refreshed and comfortable afterward. Highly recommended!

I almost hesitate to leave this review because I don’t really want everyone to discover my hidden little secret in Ellicott City… but Healthy Land Massage truly deserves the praise. The best part? It’s less than a mile from my front door — dangerous knowledge for someone who loves a good massage. Booking is incredibly easy with their online appointment system, there’s zero pressure to upsell anything, and the massages themselves are fantastic and thorough. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this place. Like many Asian massage locations, this isn’t your typical luxury spa experience — no fluffy robes, scented water, or fancy ambiance. But when you walk out feeling like silly putty, none of that extra frill matters. They know exactly what they do best, and they do it exceptionally well. Don’t be thrown off by the location tucked inside an office complex or the no-frills aesthetics. I promise you, none of that will matter after you experience one of their body-melting massages. Highly recommend giving them a try… just don’t tell too many people — I still want my appointments available!

I love coming here! They always have availability so it’s really easy to book an appointment, especially last minute. The service is always great. They are very kind and will take great care of you! The pricing is also amazing compared to anywhere else! I recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a good massage 😊

I am giving a five star review because my first experience here was absolutely incredible! Perhaps the best massage I’ve ever received. However, my second experience was less than ideal and I’d like to share my feedback for consideration. Tina was my therapist this time and her technique was extremely painful. There is a difference between deep tissue massage and being rough. Even after audibly saying "ouch!" several times she continued the firmness, going over areas multiple times that had already been worked. Additionally, I felt there was a lack in training when it came to sensitive areas such as behind the knees, hips, and spine. Bone should never be massaged. As a result, I was tense during my massage and left feeling a little beat up. She did do an incredible job on my neck and shoulders, but I would encourage her to listen to clients verbal and non verbal cues more closely instead of just going through the motions. It would be helpful to have a quick intake so that therapists understand any issues, areas of sensitivity etc. I will be back because my first experience gives me confidence that a change in therapist would make a world of difference.

One of the best massages of my life. Honestly. They are kind and caring. My masseuse asked if the pressure was ok throughout my session. Their techniques are wonderful with just the right approach to feel the tension being released. I felt so relaxed by the end. Hard to operate heavy machinery afterwards…aka drive home. 🤣 I would highly recommend!!

This is at the top some of the best massage therapists out there. Actual pressure that they can provide really did remove all of my knots in my back and I finally became pain free for a little bit. In addition, their reflexology is second to none. I always end up completely passing out during those there because it is so relaxing (and so needed!). I usually have a lot of strain in my feet and afterwards, I feel weightless for a bit. The staff are all very professional and constantly communicate with you during the service to make sure the pressure is right because they can really add pressure! I’ll always plan to keep coming back periodically!

Tina was AWESOME 👌🏾 👏🏾. What a great way to start of the New Year '26. Came in sore and left out feeling brand new. They addressed all my issues and I will definitely be back. Reasonably priced and wonderful atmosphere and staffing. This location did not disappoint. Check them out not now but RIGHT NOW.
