This was a birthday gift for our mother! So of course we had to treat her to all the special services, this was our first time here and my mother had an absolute relaxing and fabulous time. She started off with a reflex and stretch massage with Kelly and she said it was the best stretching she's ever had. She was then moved over with Andria for a facial and she added on the collagen mask and scalp massage which she mention was the absolute best part! And for someone who doesn't like people touching her face or her head this was a huge compliment. Leslie she finished off with a nice pedicure from Christina. From the moment you walk in its relaxing vibrant and very welcoming me. Everyone from answering the phone call to make an appointment to walk it in and be in greeted as well as all the special services everyone was awesome I would definitely recommend this location in this place if you want to spoil a special one ... Be mindful in order to have great experiences and good professionals is going to be costly , but the experience is still priceless .

Literally amazing! Decided to book to celebrate my birthday, customer service was amazing, Oscar gave me not only the best massage but an over all super stress free experience! He gave me a beautiful room to celebrate my birthday and to elevate my experience! He even gave me a glass of wine to top everything off! If you ever need somewhere to go to not only celebrate but to have any stress free moment Woodhouse spa is literally the place to go! Definitely ask for Oscar!!! 🙏🏼

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Oscar! His deep tissue massage combined with hot stones was exactly what my body needed. He is incredibly skilled, attentive, and truly knows how to target tension and sore muscles while still making the session relaxing. The hot stones were perfectly placed and took the massage to another level of relief. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and pain-free. This was by far the worst experience at a "spa" I have ever encountered in my life. I had been looking forward to the upcoming massage appointment, as it had been scheduled well in advance to celebrate my birthday with friends. First, the duration that it took the massage therapist to begin the massage from the time I entered the room was ridiculous. He then started the massage and then stated that he had to leave the room because he forgot a warm towel? Usually everything that is needed is in the room, not to mention this took forever for him to return as well! Then in the middle of the massage he stated that I needed to get up and switch rooms because the room I was in was needed for a couples massage. I was utterly baffled by this request because how are you going to interrupt my services because the room is now needed for another client(s)? I obliged and then waited yet another 8 minutes for him to return to finish this so-called massage. The massage itself was a joke, it was suppose to be a Swedish massage with the hot stones. There was no continuity or relaxing element to this massage at all! To say the least this experience was not what I was expecting, especially from this establishment that prides itself in exceptional client satisfaction. I mentioned all the above to the service desk when I was checking out and the girl gasped and her jaw practically hit the floor out of pure disbelief as to what had happened. She stated that she had heard of some similar things but did not elaborate and stated that the manager would be contacting me. Thank you Woodhouse for a birthday I will never forget!

My boyfriend and I just had a couples massage with Oscar and Katlyn. We loved our experience! Both of them were amazing! We were treated so good and left super relaxed! This was the best experience and best massage we've ever had. Thank you Oscar and Katlyn!

I arrived at woodhouse SPA with friends for a few hours of self care. It appears our merriment was perceived as too jovial and we were told to keep it down by staff. That was an interesting moment for me and negatively affected my spa experience.firstly I am adult and do not appreciated being treated as a child. Secondly I believe in spending where I feel welcome. It is very possible I will never return to that establishment.

I’ve always been a huge fan of Woodhouse. They always exceed my expectations, no matter the location! Oscar provided a relaxing experience and even gave me stretching tips for my back and shoulders. Will definitely be coming back!
