207 Retreat

I can’t recommend Kirk enough! Not only does he give an incredible massage, but he truly listens and takes the time to understand where your pain is coming from. Every session feels personalized, and he always goes above and beyond to target problem areas and bring real relief. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to helping, Kirk is the therapist for you!

I haven't seen a massage therapist is a long time. Kirk listened to all my concerns and gave me the best massage possible plus the Acur pressure using the cups. I really enjoyed my time there and plan on booking more appointments. He is trully gifted.

Kirk is HANDS down the best massage therapist I have had in the US. I have tried many here, looking for deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release. He combined all of that with some physical therapy and I was walking on sunshine yesterday. I am training for a marathon currently and asking a LOT of my body. I have found my massage therapist to help me get through this. So grateful. Kirk is not only highly skilled and knows his stuff, he is absolutely gifted in all things massage. He knows how to make you comfortable and then just practically go unconscious while he’s doing his work and at the same time fixing your tight muscles. Amazing. Highly recommend.

207 Retreat is such a welcoming and peaceful place. Kaili is so bubbly, kind, and makes you feel so comfortable the moment you arrive. She takes the time to focus on your specific needs and really works to resolve any issues. She’s also super easy to book with, which makes the whole experience seamless. Claire is a wonderful esthetician and one of the sweetest people you’ll meet. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and creates such a warm and refreshing experience for your skin. She works hard to make sure you can get a full pamper session when you are scheduled for a massage and I always appreciate her message. Every visit leaves you feeling cared for and uplifted. Highly recommend both Kali and Claire at 207 Retreat!

Kirk was great! Highly recommend getting a massage with him. He is not like any typical massager. His has a medical pov and is extremely professional. It was a great experience!

Definitely recommend the spa. It's very clean & welcoming. The staff is friendly and so helpful with anything you'd need. My favorite** 😁 Kirk is the best at what he does and I have been using his services for several years. His wisdom and variety of massage techniques come in so useful for different seasons of life. Stressed at work? He's got the hands to help. Been working on those flowerbeds? He's got you. Need a good facial? No problem! Mother's Day, birthday, anniversary? Call them!

Kirk is truly the best! Most professional and knowledgeable! With years of chronic back problems, I have dealt with many massage therapist but none as skilled as Kirk! I have recommended my family and friends to him! He has helped all of us tremendously!
