Highly recommend this place! I’ve been multiple times for both massages and infrared sauna sessions, and every experience has been amazing. The deep tissue massages are truly customized to your needs—the therapists really listen and adjust based on what your body needs that day. Gregory, Jude, and Sarah have all been fantastic. And shoutout to Travis, who answered my call when I accidentally booked my appointment wrong online. He was incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted out. Consistently great service all around—I’ll definitely be back!

My trip to metaphysica exceeded my expectations in every way! I booked an hour sauna as a part of my husband's birthday present, knowing it would be after a long trip he was going on and that it would be a much needed time for relaxation. I unfortunately booked the wrong date, which led to us showing up a day later than we confirmed the appointment for. Totally my mistake, however, they were extremely accommodating and made it work for us. I was so thankful for their grace and the time they allowed us to have despite the mix up. The experience felt luxurious and the price was very reasonable! Will for certain be back.

Gregory was absolutely amazing. He truly listened and showed genuine care throughout my massage. I honestly feel healed—both physically and emotionally. I 100% recommend him, especially for fellow girls. He made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable the entire time.

First time here on a gift certificate. Cozy, welcoming place. Signage is pretty subtle in terms of locating in a hip, upcoming area. My masseuse (Gregory) hit all the right notes, and even found hamstring & feet pressure points I didn’t know I needed. Very soothing atmosphere. Will def be back. Have to try the sauna!

I really love the sauna. I want to try a massage one day, I am not big on them though. The infrared sauna is so relaxing, I recommend the a 2-person if you really want to stretch and get comfortable. They have thought of everything between the oils, the towels and robes, they provide water, the whole ambiance is so zen and cute. My only gripe is with the area of the room outside of the sauna. I had an event following my appointment, so I showered and changed here. The area was so hot that I sweating bullets while getting dressed. LOL! I do not know if there is a way to control the temperature but while changing it felt as though I was still in the sauna. It is not a big deal but putting clean clothes on a fresh/semi-sweaty body was hard. 🤣 I do not remember is being this way when I was here earlier in the year. Oh, and the staff is really nice. I will be back next month for another Me Day!)

It's ok. You don't really get much space to yourself and there's only one shower right now. The sauna rooms are HOT so if you take a break it's still cooking in there and you don't have much room to move around. However the sauna itself only gets up to 170, and when we got in it was at like 163 and took almost the whole hour to get all the way to 170. Maybe there's a way to make it hotter that I don't know about. Overall the price was reasonable (sauna is niche and expensive unfortunately) and the location is convenient for me, so I would come again. I feel like I still had a good session and felt the benefits.

Gregory is an excellent masseuse! I was slightly hesitant to have a male masseuse but he was incredibly warm, professional, and skilled. I can’t recommend him enough!
