RÖK SPAS

Denver’s new and hottest spot (literally 195 degrees)! I live near Union Station so we dropped by to see what Rok was about and we weren’t disappointed! The customer service was exceptional. Kylie was really thoughtful about explaining the trial and membership options available. We decided to sign up for a 2 pack on the spot and LOVED our first session. The sauna is so spacious and I love the options of temperatures for the cold plunges. There’s a steam room which is definitely steamy, not my personal thing but I love this for those who do!!! The cleaning crew was on top of everything and were maintaining the space the whole time we were there. Everyone was super respectful and took turns with the cold plunges. The thermal tubs were such a nice touch at the end, don’t skip out on it! The options for showers and changing rooms make for an easygoing in and out experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend checking out Rok.

The steam and sauna rooms were great. I can’t wait to come back again and again. Kylie was a great hostess and gave me a great tour of everything. The showers and bathrooms were very clean also. I will definitely be back again and tell all my friends .

We loved our experience. It was our first time at ROK SPAS, and we had never really done anything like it before. While we are both professionals, we certainly live on a budget. That being said, we found the non-peak price a great value. The two hour session felt like an appropriate amount of time for the price. We thought the facilities were great -- very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed all of the elements of the spa itself. The staff was very friendly and approachable. Showers and lockers and changing rooms were all clean and pleasant. We'll definitely return! Thank you for everything.

We have always been wanting to enjoy some spa time together and this was the perfect choice. Many other spas do not offer options for couples to enjoy the sauna, steam and baths together. The staff was welcoming from the moment we walked in. We received a tour of the facility and treated as though we were long time members. The amenities were amazing, cleanliness above expectations and we were so happy we chose ROK SPAS. We did the 3 visit package and used not only every day but every minute. If you visit Denver and want to enjoy some relaxing time alone or as a couple, choose ROK SPAS.

Facilities were gorgeous as was everyone in the place (sorry, that’s objective but… it’s true) Ok serious part; it really was top tier and not at all crowded but also not empty, which, for me, is the perfect mix. Getting into a cold plunge is just better when there’s other people who are also freezin their buns off next to ya. Definitely try it out! I had the best sleep after doing the sauna, cold plunge, steam cycle. Staff was sooo friendly and not at all stuffy or pretentious, as can happen with this type of luxury-esque recovery studio. 🙂 Love the shoes lol

I absolutely love this space! The staff are genuinely welcoming, incredibly responsive via email, and care about creating a great experience. The studio itself is always spotless, calm, and inviting, making it a perfect place to focus and feel comfortable. I truly value the quiet atmosphere and the respect shown by all the members. On top of that, they host thoughtful, creative events that foster real connection and community. The WhatsApp group is a wonderful addition, keeping everyone informed and engaged. Overall, it’s a beautifully run space with an amazing sense of community—an absolute gem. Thank you Rok Spas!

Absolutely amazing! I love right across the track from ROK SPA and have been patiently waiting for it to open. I lived in Finland for a brief period of time and fell in love with the Nordic style saunas. Originally I thought two hours would be overkill, but it went by so fast! Absolutely worth the money. Strongly considering a membership now and will definitely refer to everyone. Staff is lovely, worth the money, and beautifully clean. Thank you for the amazing experience!
