Red Rock Sauna

Red Rocks Sauna is such a unique and special spot. Even though it’s set up outside the brewery, it feels like you’ve stumbled into a cozy après-ski lounge — a rustic barrel sauna, three invigorating cold plunges, fresh mountain air, and chairs gathered around a fire pit. Everything about it is casual, welcoming, and easy-going — no pressure, just show up and enjoy. Joe and Liv have built the most amazing community here; you can feel how much heart they pour into making everyone comfortable and connected. One of the coolest, most refreshing ways to spend time in Denver!

My husband and I loved checking out Red Rock Sauna this past weekend! They have the kindest and most supportive staff, and an incredibly approachable environment into the world of sauna and ice plunge wellness. The current BOGO drinks partnership with Hogshead Brewery made this an even greater experience. We will definitely be back!

Came here last Monday for the first time and had an awesome experience! I've been regularly sauna'ing and cold plunging for a decade now and I like my saunas hot (at least over 180, but preferably 190-210). Red rock sauna didn't disappoint, that thing was cranking and the plunges felt nice and clean. As far as the customer service Paul was very kind, welcoming, and attentive. Just a really great guy! Being in customer service for 25+ years I put a very high value on the kind of positive interactions I had with Paul and it's the biggest part of why I'm taking the time to write this review. I think Red Rock Sauna is a great addition to the Denver sauna scene and I'll definitely be back.

Can't say enough good things about this AWESOME idea: sauna, beer, good vibes! I've only been there once but I'm def coming back and getting a membership if/when they offer it. The area is very clean and nice, sauna is at around ~170-190 and the cold plunge around ~40-50. After the sauna you get to enjoy a beer at the brewery next door and hang out on the many tables around.. what else can you ask for?! wish I'd known about this before!

Everything about RRS is amazing. No experience is the same. I’ve gone 2-3x per week for almost a year. It’s the best new routine, I’ve added to my life in years.

had an incredibly moving experience — i felt really connected with my body afterwards. another positive is the community experience you get with other lovely individuals since this is a group activity where you’re sharing small spaces. the only part about the experience that could be a little uncomfortable if you’re doing the breath work is to come prepared to dress warm. being cold was very distracting at times while trying to center my mind on the cold floor, despite having my manduka yoga mat. went on a sunny day in early march if this helps with weather/timing!

We had the best night! I had never been in a sauna or taken and ice water bath and Olivia was so nice and encouraging. She explained everything and the atmosphere was so welcoming and fun.
