NAOSU SAUNA

NAOSU is such a special space. From the moment you walk in, everything feels calm and relaxed. It never feels crowded or rushed. The sessions are spaced in a way that gives you room to breathe and actually unwind. The complimentary tea is such a nice touch. Being able to try different teas, have them explained to you, and enjoy as much as you’d like makes the experience feel really intentional and welcoming. It adds to the whole ritual of slowing down and resetting. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and spacious sauna experience.

By far the nicest contrast therapy facility in Denver. Nico gave us a tour as soon as we arrived. The sauna is super sexy and the heat distribution was wonderful. There are three cold plunges inside and two outside. They offer complementary tea to sip on. Definitely coming back here.

Between the space, the various cold plunges (3 indoor tubs and 2 barrels in an oasis of a backyard), the sauna, and the owners, this place is my refuge from life's stresses. The community is also fantastic. The place is so welcoming. It's always an amazing experience, and I always feel rejuvenated after. Don't think...Just go!

Echoing all in the comment section: The owners did a phenomenal job with the design and build of Naosu Sauna. The sauna is a beautiful space and accommodates a large group of people. You have the choice of 5 cold plunges, with varying temperatures, two outside and three inside. The benefits of contrast therapy are many. In addition, as an added bonus, you are offered a complimentary cup of delicious tea at the end of your session. Perfect👌

I love saunas. I love cold plunges. This place had both. The sauna was very hot, which is awesome. It also had the best cold plunge experience in the city. The facility as a whole is well cared for and the tea at the end was nice. I wish there was a bit more tea served actually. I did identify two main issues - at least for me. One, let us control the moisture level in the sauna. The attendant only came in once in the very last round. It would have made the experience more pleasant to have water poured more often, and, perhaps by one of the six adults in the sauna. I find that at other saunas, people are generally respectful of house rules as well as others in the sauna. It’s okay to let us do it. If you want it completely dry, maybe build a steam room to complement? My second issues is, only an hour? For $40? Thankfully, I did not pay for this first time, but I would not go back for only an hour. I understand that it is a smaller facility, so a time limit is necessary. Maybe give folks 1.5-2 hours, so people can feel more relaxed during their rounds. I felt like I was looking at the time constantly. People also used sand timers in the sauna (cool timers, I liked them), but isn’t the ultimate purpose to listen to the limitations of one’s own body? It’s a nice place, but my experience was not as good as other places in the city and surrounding areas. I write the review in hopes to return after some adjustments, but it’s okay if this review means nothing to the owners as well. I will just go to other saunas. Damn, long review, hopefully it’s a testament to how much I love saunas and cold plunges.

Sauna is nice and hot, variety of cold plunge temps ( 2x60F, 50F, 45F, 35F) and the facility is nice and clean. Staff is wonderful. The social/fun pop up events are the best! Can’t say enough nice words about NAOSU!
